I have waited to write this review, but I feel it is important to help others beware of shady business and help another young family from staying clear of this business. In December of 2023 (few weeks before Christmas), I had taken my vehicle here for the 2nd or 3rd time for a reoccurring issue with my vehicle. I would bring it in, explain the situation and would be reassured by the employees that my vehicle was SAFE and would NOT continue to die on me in the middle of traffic. Once again the engine light came on, and the car broke down on me, I brought it back. They called me and told me I needed a new fuel pump, and the vehicle was dying because air was being sucked in causing the car to idle. I was in TEARS on the phone with the service manager after they told me it would be a $750 repair. I am a young mom with 2 small children, and $750 before Christmas is A LOT of money to spare for my vehicle, I was hesitant, but the tech on the phone assured me after I begged for reassurance that if I spent $750 that my car WOULD FINALLY be fixed. Not kidding, I spent the money, they "gave me $50 discount" and my car died pulling out of the business. Brought the car back the tech at this time now told me "Yea when the car starts idling like that its the transmission and we don't work on that" AFTER charging me $750. I ended up having to buy a new vehicle at that point. Multiple mechanics, and the front desk lady "assured" me that my car was safe and would not break down on me with my children in the car, which it did many times, and I took it in each time, and they did a $750 repair, knowing that my car was not repairable. They are not an honest company. I am very very sad that I had this experience and I would not recommend their services to ANYONE.
I would like to edit to add, since the business replied, i brought my vehicle for the same issue every time. They found something new every time but I had the same reoccurring issue with my vehicle idling and shutting off.. that’s why i brought it BACK every single time. The belt was an additional, UNNECESSARY $100+ repair since the vehicle was essentially not fixable. On top of the $750 “repair”… all within a month as you can see the break down in the replies..They put a band aid each time till it was not possible to suck any more funds from me. I had a 2017* vehicle as well. Not a 2014. I put my trust in this company, and I encourage others not to. Thanks!

Was needing a tire after having a blowout. They were able to order me in 3 tires to match the one I had installed by another shop a month prior. I decided not to risk having 1 after another go bad. Also with the age of the vehicle, the tpms sensors were not recognized by the scan tool, I wanted no lights on the dash and had them put all new sensors in each wheel as well. I wanted to get an alignment done, since the steering wheel is off center. They were upfront and honest and told me about warn upper and lower ball joints that would need to be done before the alignment. And front brake pads being low (I knew about the brakes when I purchased suv in February). No pressure from them to do any other work. Prices to me were extremely reasonable, really can't beat their prices, and all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for honesty, integrity, and more than fair pricing. Will be back to do the other repairs and alignment.

Bought tires from George's on Nov 8. Terrible experience. There was a problem with one of the new tires so I had to drive from Riverview all the way back the next day to get the issue corrected. Apparently they do not do alignments with a new set of tires. I had to schedule that separately. Never hear of that. I fully expect to pay for that in addition to the tires but cannot imagine getting tires and not getting the alignment checked. There were not available appointments for alignment the first or second day I was in there. I had to go somewhere else to get the alignment. Makes sense right? Hmmm.... While I was there 3 different people came in at different times while I was waiting for my tires to get done They had just got a flat tire on the road. The people at George's stated they had no openings and could not help. It was not so much that they were so busy but the cold hearted way they treated these people. They really did not care. Today, not even 30 days after I got my tires, I called as I have a nail in one of the new tires I purchased and found out there is no tire protection. I was not offered it because had they offered it I definitely would have purchased it. I was told by the person on the phone today that it was my fault for not asking about it. I was a little stressed as I was trying to get the tires done before heading to NC for a family emergency but not I did not ask about it and they did not offer it. They also did not offer a compromise of any kind. Basically, tough luck! I asked if I could take care of the current tire issue on my own and purchase the tire protection. No was the response. Again, no compromise. I hope the lack of assistance on one tire is worth it as I will be sure to tell everyone I know in George's business area how they conduct themselves. To the guy I was on the phone with today I wonder if you would like your mother, daughter or sister to be treated the way you treated me today. Think about that. Just for the record this was not my first time at your place of business but it was my last. You did offer the road hazard tire to me after I posted this review and you asked in exchange for me to change my review. My question is did you offer the road hazard tire because it was the right thing to do or because you were after a better review?

I was little concerned bout reviews on here but I still went had lift done on my tacoma, they were absolutely the best I was a difficult customer but they all did an outstanding job from price to repair absolutely great I will definitely go back . So if u read bad review it's not always what's going on check for your self, anyway thank u everyone at shop

Hello I would like to tell you about my experience with this store . I had them put a brand new rack and pinion in my GMC envoy. They told me that the truck ran perfect and everything was good. As soon as I got inside the vehicle and started driving it I knew there was a huge problem. The whole truck started to buck . I drove the truck not even a block, and then I took it right back to him and said there's something wrong seriously. I paid them over $1,000 to fix the issue, and I brought them brand new parts so they didn't have to use their own parts so it was all just labor. I let them have the vehicle for a couple days, they came back to me with I need a brand new rack and pinion. I gave them a brand new rack and pinion that was perfect and brand new. At that point I took it to my other mechanic, I watched him and he took the rack and pinion off switched it around and bolted it in. It was perfect then the truck drove perfect. George's wholesale try to scam me and try to charge me for something I did not need. It is very sad that that company has come to this because I was one of the people that had been going there for over 30 years with my family. They are very untrustworthy and unworthy of anybody's business. I contacted them and asked for my money back and they would not give me my money back. So my next phase is to call to to contact the better Business bureau, and also one of the news stations involved.

I was referred here by my manager in a very time sensitive situation. I had picked up a nail on my way to work, driving from Wesley Chapel ( an hour away ) I ended needing a new tire because the nail had punctured the shoulder of the tire. They were able to get me in same day and get my tire ordered. unfortunately the supplier dropped the ball and their inventory was wrong so I did have to wait an additional day to get the proper tire ( which worked out anyway because I had actually accidentally authorized a different tire) but had the suppliers inventory been correct, these guys would've had a new tire ordered,delivered, mounted and balanced and ready to go before 5:30 when bringing my problem to them at 9am. The front desk staff were friendly and pleasant to speak with, they kept me up to date and worked with me to get the job done as quickly and effectively as possible. The price was also very fair from a professional company, the tire from them was actually 63 dollars less than tire rack ( where I had bought originally )and the mount and balance was probably the best price I've had done on any of my cars. I Definitely recommend these guys.

Unfortunately I loved the guys up front but obviously the mechanics not so much I brought my car in for struts one day later my car is banging they said ok fixed it and tightened it down next day still banging brought it back said strut bad added a new one but engine light still on said it was fuel related put a fuel canister in light came back on day later so brought it back they put more parts on said light gone fixed ..two days later light back on car still acting really off brought it back put more parts on and said they fixed the problem. They then proceeded to tell me the reason its still not running rite was because of the transmission which they do not work on, ok fine I was thankful and said I will bring it to a place to look at transmission. Weeks later when Kia got me in they said its my fuel injectors?!?! So my transmission is fine but their techs couldn't see on their scanner I had bad fuel injections?? I'm completely disappointed in this shop and I would not recommend this place to anyone. $1500 later and now I have brought my car into this place along with others at least 8 times.
