Customer Service at the store was great. We went to your store 1st out of three stores. Were most impressed with service and quality and the salesperson and went back and ultimately purchased based on product but also the fact the salesperson was reassuring and not salesy.

Steve was great. Listened to what I wanted and helped me make decisions. Had me work with the designer who also was helpful with size issues. Highly recommend them both No pressure to get the most expensive items. Appreciate them both.

My chair broke can’t get anyone to get it fixed have a warranty still getting the run around will never buy from them again all they have done is is give me the runaround very expensive furniture but poor customer service

I highly recommend requesting Ethan and Virgina at Port Richey Havertys. Excellent experience all the way around, they came to our home that is still in recovery from Hurricane Helene and fully flooded home. They saw all our needs and lifestyle. They put together an amazing 3D tour floor plan with furniture, rugs, wall art, and other accessories options. It was truly like being with an HGTV consultant. I highly recommend taking the stress away of trying to put it all together on your own and let the experts Ethan and Virgina take care of you. Very Happy!!!

Sales reps was very accommodating, friendly, not pushy knowledgeable and I will recommend if you are looking for furniture check out Havertys. Ethan was awesome.

Ok so, first off, the merchandise was gaudy. Secondly, their inventory was massively overpriced. Their saleswoman took one look at us and ushered toward the clearance section....Suffice it to say, we weren't shopping on a budget but how would I have felt I lf I were shopping on a shoestring budget and she had said that..... I could maybe get past the lady thinking we were poor but damn I'd never furnish my home with the obscenely overstated F ugliness they had in stock....

The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable but they are very expensive and even with a sale going on for memorial Day, they were more expensive than any other store in the area
