No pressure. Very nice to work with and knowledgeable about their products. We purchased a new cart. Delivered next day and the guy walked me through the process of getting to know all I needed to be comfortable with. Savannah was a great gal too.

Rod and his team were great! We were having an issue with our battery (new purchased on Amazon) They came and picked up the cart - when scheduled and provided excellent, timely communication regarding our issue. We had to deal with the company we purchased it from with many requests from them for troubleshooting (bluetooth screens shots, etc.). After weeks with going back to them add Rod's responses to our requests, they admitted the battery was faulty and sent a new one. Rod made some excellent recommendations to mount the charger under the seat and fixed our lights, turn signals, etc. They are very professional, responsive with fair prices! We highly recommend them! I was doing research on a golf cart serial number I purchased from an elderly couple to find out where the golf cart came from because It has a Hidden Creek sticker on the windshield. The mean and irate guy on the phone was so very insisting and defensive and told me serial numbers don't matter and said there would be no way to trace it if it were stolen anyway. When I asked him if there was any way to tell if they (Hidden Creek) did indeed sell the cart to and 82 year old man with dementia, he called me an idiot and hung up on me. He got so testy and defensive that maybe he had something to hide and just maybe they are engaging in some kind nefarious dealings over there. Just Sayin'.

Had a good experience buying a new evilotion golf cart at Hidden Creek Golf Cart. Big selection of carts to choose from. Rod the owner was not pushy about making a sale, just informed me about the carts. When I made the decision to buy a cart I was introduced to Savannah who pulled it all together.
