I always enjoy shopping at Hot Topic because the sales associates are incredibly kind and helpful. They go out of their way to answer questions, offer suggestions, and make the shopping experience enjoyable. Their positive attitude really makes a difference and keeps me coming back!

Corey at this location is extremely kind and helpful. He got my online order quickly and informed me of the coupon included for picking up. So I looked around. He came back over and offered to check my account to see if I had other coupons available. I did so that was helpful for me to decide on buying other things. I did find some pins I liked. He made me aware of some others I missed that weren’t in the normal pin section yet. He was just the perfect associate during my visit today. Thank you, Corey!
