“I had purchased a bracelet with an opal in it from another jeweler. I hit it cleaning and the opal fell out only a few weeks after the purchase. I had never been to Rollin James Custom Jewelers but saw the reviews so came in for a repair. They repaired it and cleaned it in less that 5 minutes. I asked what I owed and they said nothing.
