I am sooo scared of needles and my experience with this location with all of staff has always been great! Samantha is smooth and more than fast!

I wouldn’t waste my time making an appointment. It does absolutely nothing. They take you as you come in. I sat here for over 40 minutes for an appt at 1. While everyone else with no appointment went before me.

I was worried about the poor reviews on here. We only came here because it was the only place we could get into in our time frame. I'm happy to say they did a excellent job we were in and out in no time and we were even taken back before our scheduled appointment. Everyone was friendly and happy. At this time I would recommend the place.

Came in with appointment for routine lab work subsequent to being referred was by medical provider. As soon as I approached the window, the two female receptionists both informed me that their system was down at all Offices. They were extremely unpleasant and should not be greeting guests in this most unprofessional manner in which it was received. I understand that your systems are down, but you can’t even be polite about it and give me a weird look when I tell you that you should have my paperwork and then proceed to tell me that the systems are down after you reacted like I was speaking another language and that I should just understand the way your unreliable systems operate and for both receptionists to assume I understand what the steps are when I walk in, especially when not being offered any solution or even an apology . Completely unprofessional and rude, and if I was the owner of this place, I would remove both ladies from upfront because I will not be coming back. I will be going to quest diagnostics as a result. I took the day off work to go to this appointment, what a complete waste of time and to be treated so badly. If I were you, I would avoid this location and make an appointment elsewhere. Unbelievable!

Waiting almost 4 hours and havent had any food since yesterday ! Sugar low and i was waiting for over an hour on friday and came back monday yo worse conditions. ! There raking in milluons and cant spend money for enough staff !. I hate tjis place.

This review is strictly for the billing department. (The young lady that did my blood draw was super sweet). I Paid my multiple bills over a month ago through my insurance company. I have continued to receive emails and letters stating I need to pay. I have reached out to labcorp multiple times sending them proof of payment and confirmation from my insurance company. I STILL get emails from a rep, Sharekia, stating they need MORE proof and to send them a “copy of the front and back of my credit card or bank statement”?? … via email to show them I’ve paid (not safe). The pdfs I have sent them clearly show I paid with a debit card… shows the transaction number… the time stamp…and the explanation of benefits related to the payments… right from my insurance companies website that includes the date stamp that LABCORP accepted my payments. This is beyond frustrating. This email was received after I’ve already sent them proof 2x and my bill has been paid for over a month. Quest from now on.

Terrible phlebotomists. They stuck my mother 7 times. Only 2 people in the whole establishment (at least this morning) working and they both can't do their job. Do better and have some damn compassion. You both should be reported 😡

Scheduled an appointment and once I arrived, the woman told me that there was no one there to collect my sample when I had made an appointment three days before. Someone could have called me and let me know before I wasted my time and gas. This locations wasn’t exactly close to me. What an inconvenience.

Timely and friendly! Got there for my 6:45am appointment and was done and out by 7am! Staff was kind, place was clean.

These ladies here are amazing 👏 all of them were so kind and patient with me , I am a hard stick and they took there time to make sure they could get me. They kept apologizing as If it was their fault. They are simply amazing thank you ladies for your patience with me! I definitely recommend this office!

I’m not quite sure what’s with the bad reviews, I had such a pleasurable experience at this location as I’ve been to a couple times now. The front desk ladies were extremely kind and the phlebotomist was an absolute pro! I recommend this location. I wish I could give credit to the names of the wonderful ladies.

I checked in on my phone around 6:35 (appointment Is at 7am) didn't not get a text until 6:58 when I get spammed with messages I walk into the waiting room. Sit there waiting for 40 mins finally I walk up to the front to ask if she called my name and gives me a super passive aggressive answer (yes I did like 10 15 times at a quarter to 7) I tried explaining I didn't get notification till 6:58 but she seemed to not care then she asked me for my paper work which I said I have it on my phone because I am doing a pre employment drug test, the lady then goes "so you didn't print it out like you were told to in the email" nowhere in any email from my employer did it say to print my registration number this lady was very rude and passive aggressive besides her the lab technician was extremely nice and friendly and explained every step to show she wasn't tampering with anything.
