The girls here are super nice and helpful. You can make an appointment to get help with exactly what you need or you can walk in. They can get you sized for the exact bra you need. I have always been busty and curvey and their Cachique bras are really the best. And you gotta try to hit the sales. I also really love the fact that if you need to order a size or color that's not available in store, they can do that for you and you still get the sale or deal thats going on, AND the shipping is free and quick to your home or the store. I like ordering to the store because then you can try it in and make sure its perfect and you get a 50% off coupon for 1 item when you pick up.

Maddy is absolutely a rockstar! She is beyond excellent in customer service. She assisted me with fitting, shopping and even mailed a thank you and welcome to Lane Bryant hand written card.
At first I thought that is was just the Lane Bryant way, until I returned this past weekend, as I wanted to spend a eGift that I received for my birthday before it expired. However, the care (lack of) that I received as the only person in the store with two associates present. Neither of which acknowledged me until I spoke to them. At which time they gave the worst hello, no eye contact and continued their conversation about their nail techs and how horrible of an experience they had. It is actually pretty ironic to think of the fact that they discussed receiving less than stellar customer service as they failed to serve me well.
But my experience with Maddy from a month ago, still lets me in good conscience give this store 5 stars. The manager/supervisor who was present during this visit (with Maddy) was also absolutely amazing.
When your initial visit is so awesome that it overshadows a truly horrible one, then you've done well. Maddy thank you for your excellence in character and service. If you go into this store ask for Maddy and you'll understand immediately what I mean. But just so you know you won't have to find her if she is there and available, because she will greet you with such kindness and warmth, you'll know immediately who she is and you'll be here writing about the experience as well!

My sister in law has trouble finding clothing in her style. I called the New Port Richey store to look for a particular jacket I found on the website. I also heard the ad about the style program. I spoke to Brittany and she explained the style program which sounded like exactly what we are looking for. She was helpful with scheduling the appointment. When we went to the appointment Alissa helped us with one on one service for over and hour. She was so kind and helpful. They already had a rack of 5 outfits already pulled and ready to try on. This was the first store that has clothes that fit my sister in law perfectly. She is short, slightly heavier set and dress more in the masculine style. She is looking for workwear for interviews and a new job. Like always we didn't think we would find anything but we found 3 jackets 5 shirts and 4 pants! The quality of clothing felt expensive but the prices were great. We had amazing service, great quality clothes and good prices! All the girls at this store are so kind and we can not thank them enough for everything!! ❤️

The staff are excellent. Fee is amazing. The clothes I bought shrank two inches the first time I washed them and continued to shrink. I am tall and now can’t wear the pants. The staff at the store are fabulous so I am disappointed I can’t wear the clothes.

Went to store first time yesterday as it’s 45 mins from me. The two sales associates were more than helpful and very knowledgeable to help you out. Clean comfortable store. Very pleasant shopping experience. I will be returning. Worth the drive!

This store was so organized, clean and such a delightfull first time experience. I needed HELP and Brittany did just that! I had my hands full with 2 small children and she made it as easy as she could for me to find what I needed and she recommended great products. Thankyou again Brittany!

Misty helped me and she was great but they didn't have what I was looking for. It would be great if they'd carry short or petite length sizes in store instead of having to order online.
