I will admit that I was a little worried about purchasing our tiny turtle online, but it was a success! UPS delivered and we actually opened up the package together. Little Jimmy was waving at me shortly after he awoke from his travels. He is enjoying his new home, his bubbles, and all the attention of his biggest fans…just in time for Christmas! He is an active little guy!

We got our baby Musk turtles and we were very happy with everything. They include some food samples and a packet on everything you need to know! They have over 16,000 5 star reviews on their personal site, what else do you need to know! Also get the hydration pack and heat or cold packs as well depending on the season! The turtles are cheap enough to help these little guys through their journey to their new home! I would also buy the premium food and the bloodworms with your order! They are the samples they provide and mine as well get the food too! Tortolinni, Autumn and Yoda love the food and their new home!

The first 2 baby turtles arrived DOA; probably due to extreme heat on the delivery truck. I submitted a help ticket, filled out the form, submitted photos and the My Turtle Store sent me 2 more baby turtles. These arrived in great shape and are doing just fine.

Turtles arrived very quickly. Very healthy and active. I was a little apprehensive about ordering live reptiles to be shipped but everything worked out perfectly. They added a few samples of different turtle supplies, some neat pictures of different species, etc. I would definitely order from them again. Thanks MyTurtleStore!

I bought three turtles and they arrived very quickly and in excellent health. I recommend the cooling pack. I'm not sure why it's not included. The price of some turtles has also dropped a bit and is much more reasonable.

Originally going to be a 5 star, until they weren’t. I ordered 2 turtles, they only sent one. They quickly rectified it and overnighted my second turtle. That turtle only lived 2 1/2 days. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging. I have heard NOTHING!! Like crickets!! No offer of refund, or a new turtle.

i bought 2 turtles and one is perfectly fine but the other one passed away 3 days after I received the turtle and they will not answer any of my emails about a refund

I have purchased 5 very healthy and alert turtles from them and couldn't be happier. The large northern red belly is simply stunning and the 2 baby Ouachita maps and 2 yearling eastern painted turtles have been such a joy to observe in my outdoor enclosure.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! I placed the order about 5 months ago they actually emailed me back and said if I wanted to expedite it I needed to pay extra. I paid extra and never heard from the company again they never responded to my emails or my calls. they will reap what they sow this is disgusting!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM MY TURTLE STORE OR YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!!!! I ordered 3 turtles, 1 was DOA. It’s been over 2 weeks and cannot get a response from anyone call/email/website about a refund/replacement. BUY TURTLES SOMEWHERE ELSE THAT IS MORE PROFESSIONAL. THIS PLACE DOESNT CARE.

My first order came in shipped from Florida all the way to South Dakota and sadly the turtles where dead but we got aloud of customer support and they sent us 2 new baby turtles and they are healthy and in great condition ??

Horrible. I really hope everyone reads these reviews before me buying. Ours lasted a whole month. Eyes were closed upon delivery and had an infection. Then stopped eating. Eventually drowned itself. How is this place still in business???
