When I got there the main bay door wouldn’t open even though it accepted my code. Went into the office where the inner door is locked and apparently no one works. I did see a sign over the code box but I couldn’t read it as it was paper and shredded by the rain. Reached out online for support and got a useless robot and then a person who ignored every single thing I said unless it was a direct response to get questions even asking me for information I had literally just given. In the end, she didn’t know and basically told me to have a nice day and she hopes her fix works (it didn’t). Day 2 will commence in about fifteen minutes. Hoping to get into the storage unit I’m paying for but hey, that would be crazy.

During a disaster they have two carts available. The blonde in the office is too busy eating potato chips to worry about organizing and making sure things are done in an orderly fashion. Limited hours make it hard to get into in an orderly fashion. Wish I had looked somewhere else. I have lived through hurricanes before and this establishment is lacking. The lady who did my intake was amazing.

This review in no way reflects the hardworking people that are locally operating this facility, but completely directed towards corporate. The decisions that are made on how to run these facilities are poor at best. We moved here to have a higher location in case of hurricanes or storms that cause localized flooding. We are the day before a massive hurricane could flood this area and the facility is closed. Corporate is saying because they are in zone a they must be closed but there are plenty of businesses that are currently operating and you think that corporate would understand that the hundreds of people who need to secure their belongings have a higher priority than one or two local staff members needed to run the facility. Would not recommend. The elevators have limited open door time so you're constantly having to open the door to get your stuff in and out of the elevators. There are not enough carts for everyone to use during higher activity times. If you come after hours and have trouble with the gate good luck ever talking to a human being who can help you. They give you a customer service number but there is absolutely zero customer service as you're directed to leave a message for the local manager.

We rented a unit at this location for the temperature control and the large overhead doors to pull vehicles inside for ease of loading/unloading. I will say that this location is clean and the unit had zero debris when we moved in. We thought we made the right choice but now, I’m wishing we never moved our stuff in.
We’ve rented this unit for over a year and more times than not, the large overhead door(s) are broken. Not only restricting the use of that amenity, but also restricting the hours they can allow folks to access their unit(s). The first time, I understood and was patient. The next several times, with no change in the situation or plan to have it fixed; we had to say something. At that time we weren’t thrilled but we did receive a small credit.
Since then, we have seen the doors operational once. They have also increased our rates twice within 12 months. We just stopped in today and the door(s) are broken again. When I went into the office to see when this will be corrected, the response I got was no idea, could be months. When I expressed my disappointment with this, the staff member stated “Yeah, customers suck, if people would quit backing into the doors there wouldn’t be a problem.” When I asked about credits since they are not fully providing the services we pay for, she said I would have to complain. I told her this was me “complaining” and she just gives us a number to call. I truly understand that she has no have control over this, but her attitude towards us (the customers) ultimately speaks to the culture of this company.
I did make a call to corporate via the number she provided. The representative advised that this was their top priority and said he put a ticket in. When I asked about receiving a call back or notification of resolution, he advised that I was welcome to call back in 72 hours. Baffled, I asked for clarification as to why I need to call in versus someone reaching out to me; all he repeated was that they were here to help and I could call back anytime.
Needless to say we’ll be making other arrangements in the future and we’ll never use this company again.

Main garage doors always broken and when it is there hours change to 9:30am-6pm and u have to use a normal size door with a cart if you can get one
But it's a really good price and they're really nice soooo?
