I am so thankful I found Secrets Salon! Bobbie did such a great job on my hair! I couldn't be more thankful! As soon as I seen my hair I jumped up and gave her a big hug. She took her time with my hair and can I can't believe she fixed the mess I came in with. I will definitely be back!

We did a so-called consultation, where I explained certain things that happen especially if you cut my hair wet. She, Bobbie, decided to do her own thing, and my hair is chopped, not blended and she is not giving me back my money or even acknowledged she did anything wrong...just said that I was not able to be pleased... but actually, if she would have headed the insight I gave her prior to her cutting my hair, it would have turned out nice. I'm going to post a video if I can so you all can see for yourself. I asked her to look at a picture of my friend took to see what I was talking about regarding her cut job, and she would not acknowledge she messed up or even redo my hair or offer to give me back my money. I'm quite upset right now.
