I bought a sleep number bed about 5 years ago. I was told that the bed had a lifetime warrant. Now I have been experiencing that half of the the bed has deflated and won’t hold air. I and now they tell me that it will cost $190 for a technician to come out and evaluate what the issue is then I gotta pay 40% of whatever parts are needed plus the service charge so if you’re thinking about buying a sleep number sink again because for this amount of money that I paid for this bed, it’s incredible that now I have to pay more to keep it up oh and his kicker they would’ve sent me a new mattress or air chamber whatever you wanna call it but I have to install it or if it was air pump I have to install it. I don’t know how to do that and that’s where the $190 came in for somebody to come in and do that so on top of the parts you gotta pay for service. I can’t wait to get rid of this bed and go back to a conventional nice mattress so be weary make a smart choice because it’s not a lifetime warranty. That’s a lie.

I had a fantastic experience at the sleep number bed store in New Port Richey, Florida! Guy and Evette could not have been nicer. They were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the perfect bed and clearly know their products inside and out. Both are warm, personable, and provide outstanding, personalized service.
I initially ordered a queen sized bed but later decided I wanted a King and the exchange was absolutely hassle free. They made the process smooth and stress-free, even when it came to swapping out the sheets and mattress pad.
It’s rare to find such genuine customer care these days, but guy and Evette truly go above and beyond. I highly recommend the store if you’re looking for quality, comfort, and excellent service!

Finally got my sleep number! I’ve been working with Yvette since October to get one. She is super patient and helped me thru and kept contact with me to check in to see my status for getting one which I loved. Because it made me feel important, especially like dang she remembered me ! Yvette was amazing to work with and is for sure an asset to the company !! Anyone who wants a sleep number should go to the port Richey location near gulf view mall! Because I deff won’t go anywhere else for sleep number products unless it’s thru her <3 Yvette is amazing

Kevin was a blessing to have on our side. My husband and I had previously purchased a sleep number bed while remodeling our home after hurricane Idalia. That was the best 6 months of sleep I have ever had. Unfortunately our home was destroyed by hurricane Helene and we lost all of our furniture, including our sleep number bed. When I called the store to request the receipt for insurance purposes Kevin graciously offered us one of his friends and family coupons to assist us in replacing our bed. He is a pleasure to work with and took his time to ensure we had everything we needed for a fresh start. We are very grateful for his kindness and will continue to refer him business. He is the best!
