They are the worse and continually failing to provide any decent customer service. I upgraded my phone. It took three phone calls and two visits to the store. During the upgrade, the salesperson told me they were changing tech support personnel due to many complaints and they were lowering the price. I get a bill and my bill for tech support increased one dollar, instead of being lowered to $5.. That took three calls to get the correct answer. Salesman gave me inaccurate information.
Can't pay my bill today via their app or website. I call, and it's a 17-minute wait. Anytime you call, you have to go through there annoying computer, which half the time can't connect me to the correct source.
Just read all the details. I'm moving and still have to use their mobile services until my phone is paid off. They will not let me pay higher monthly payments now. Just another inconvenient bill to pay when I relocate. I will not continue to use their services, or lack of decent customer service, etc.

Their store operation NEEDS TO CHANGE! Went by to drop off equipment. In order to drop off the equipment we had to sign in and were 25th in line. There were only 2 employees working. For them to take the equipment we had to wait for everyone paying a bill, setting up mobile service, asking for help with devices, and anything else they needed. This was a simple drop off but we needed to wait until they had time or the store closed, whichever came first. Half of the full lobby there just wanted to drop off equipment. Watched 4 people walk out in frustration because your place in line gets bumped by anyone with an appointment. When we left we were 26th in line

Upgraded my equipment and just trying to return old equipment. Went to store and am 25 in line this is the worst way to do business. Wind up in que with people setting up service or getting mobile phones when returning equipment only takes 2 minutes. Why would they not separate out different services for faster service? Hate dealing with spectrum people. No priority on customer time or service. Hours waiting on them to address any issues and now they expect me to sleeve hours waiting to return their equipment in my day off.

Very unorganized, the place is a joke. Sat there for 3 hours just to return my equipment while they have people doing " roll call" instead of helping customers to then have them tell me to go to UPS. Switching providers very soon

The setup in this store is ridiculous, the welcome sign in, makes absolutely no sense. Know your audience, mostly seniors in the area and you're asking them to sign in to a stupid iPad to ask a question or two, then wait for about 30-45 minutes before that happens. epic fail imo, Do better.

They flat out lie to you. Dropped off my equipment. I was 3 days into the new billing cycle. The spectrum employee said they'd pro rate the 3 days . They billed me for whole month! Called customer service said I'm responsible. So I'm paying for a month that I'm not even using! I would have just waited another month if they didn't lie. Very bad business practices spectrum you suck!!!! And by the way look at their bot responses it's not even a real person responding to these reviews

I am just trying to return my equipment and have been sitting in the store for over a half hour at this point, and I am still the 7th person in line to be helped. There are only two people working, and they have been with the same two customers since I arrived, which was not long after the store opened. Meanwhile he lobby is filled with other people sitting here just holding their equipment not knowing what to do since there are almost no seats remaining. Clearly Spectrum just tries to force you to sit in a room for hours, in hopes that you will not cancel their service because you do not have an entire day to sit in a store wasting your time.

First I have to drive across the county to get to a place to change my service, then I find the lobby is full of people buying cell phones. I have an hour wait just to deal with my bill/service/exchange equipment.
ANOTHER REASON TO HATE THE CABLE COMPANY.

Spectrum is awful. Unethical business practices. They do not keep promises. I tried to return my equipment after only 30 days to be told it would take 45 minutes. The greeter told me to drop it at a UPS store to ship it back. Truly ridiculous.

I am a Senior on Disability living in low income, I only have and need Internet, You are charging me now $64.00 a month. When I was only paying $40.00. I can't afford this with living on Disability. It's A Horrible price.There should be a better deal for me. I'm a Florida Native born & raised here. I just don't think this is very good on your Business. I've been with Spectrum for like 10+ years.

Very disappointing with the lack of communication between customer service and the store. Somebody with the name Joseph was very unprofessional that day at Spectrum. He's not made for customer service

I canceled my service and had to go in and return my modem. I signed in, per their rules, and waited. As you can see from the photo, they weren't busy. Because it is a sales quota driven business, and I properly noted that I was canceling service, they didn't want to call me. They left me sitting for 10 minutes while they chatted about beards and shared memes on their phones. The one in the middle finally called me up after taking this photo. He asked why I was canceling. I gave a respectful response (insane amount of buffering and never once reached a full gig during our time of service - even had techs come out). He blamed our address. I asked who had, and he said Frontier because Spectrum is crap. Wow. I mean, he isn't wrong because we have Frontier now, too, and it has been awesome, but dang. I will never choose anything Spectrum ever again. Brighthouse was phenomenal, and I miss them. Spectrum has been awful and just continues to get worse.

I’m so glad I switched to Frontier. Spectrum services suck and constantly have outages. I went to Spectrum store today to return my equipment so I don’t get charged and the employee told me and other people to just take the equipment to UPS. This is a SPECTRUM store, take your shit back!!
