I just changed over to Starcare Pharmacy from one of those big chain stores and I have to tell you the service is outstanding. I highly recommend using this local pharmacy. I have to say, this pharmacist is the DEFINITION of wonderful customer service! My husband suffers from seizures and a major company didn't have his medications for 5 months straight (with no definite date to give when we asked WHEN we could expect his medicine for his SEIZURES bc hospitalization was in the near future if meds weren't there by the next day). This pharmacist contacted our PREVIOUS PHARMACY (good riddance!) to no avail until they FINALLY transferred his prescriptions and even said he'd walk over to our old pharmacy if they kept ignoring us bc it was so close ?. Now THAT is some amazing customer service!!! Looking forward to being a long time customer for my husband and myself from here on out. People have truly lost the meaning of appreciating the customer, what keeps them in business. And the major corporations are dumbfounded WHY they are having to close soooooooo MANY locations? SMH. This was a nice change. Thank you, thank you for going above and beyond for my family

The pharmacist is great, they have good prices. They need to hire a new tech tho. The young girl that works the counter is awful. Never smiles, never says hello, barely speaks up to be heard through the glass window, she looks miserable every time I come in. I’m always reluctant to pick up my scripts because she’s so depressing. Learn some customer service skills or just hire someone else!

The staff is always nice. My husband is on a medication that other pharmacies frequently do not have. We took the prescription to Starcare they filled it and asked if he would need it monthly. When we told them yes they told us they would order it and try to make sure they always had it in stock for him. They always go above and beyond.
