Ms. Amber Drakes at Suncoast Credit Union exceeded my expectations when she dedicated her time, experience and patience to explain and highlight what my options were and helped me understand my difficult situation with my car dealership. She thoroughly and detailed in posten notes all the steps I needed to take to get my personal loan and car refinance through Suncoast. After the meeting I felt as if a heavy load was lifted from my shoulders.
