Normally I'm indifferent about this branch, only 2 in the whole county, the drive thru is slow with only 2 tellers overworking. Inside is usually packed with snowbirds. Most tellers are awesome but some need to just be fired, it's a forward facing position, read the room!

I had a terrific experience with opening a business account at this bank. The store manager Amanda Westermann was very professional, provided me with the information I needed, and had a great attitude. This bank is very convenient.

I just had the most unpleasant experience at the drive thru @ TD Bank US 19 Port Richey. I made a CASH DEPOSIT and the representative made me jump through so many hoops just to make a simple easy deposit! My pin, my password, my driver's license, and wanted to text my cell phone a link for me to connect to, for a cash deposit into MY ACCOUNT. It would've been quicker to use the ATM or go inside. She said she would "ask her manager" for permission to accept this cash deposit. The deposit was not a commercial deposit, only a simple personal account. This is unreasonable. If someone other than myself wants to deposit cash into my account, I would give them permission to do so! If this is their new policy that they don't accept a cash deposit at the drive thru, we will find a bank which will be happy to receive our money with a smile. Honestly, this employee must be new and is doing more harm than good for the bank.

This is literally the Worst TD bank location. There is no accessibility if you have a Walker or a hard time Walking distances. The accessible parking is way too far from the front door. The bank teller was perfectly Nice, but the experience with the accessibility rates this one star

Staff at this location are the MOST helpful and kind individuals. Shout out to the girl we sat down with at the desk, the manager who was there today, the girl who answered our phone call (sorry really bad with names) and Tiffany. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get what we needed.

For 2 days I've been trying to dispute a charge on my credit card. It is impossible to get to the dispute claims department. I even went inside the bank for them to help. Jared was nice and did all he can. Him and I sat there for over a hour trying to get to the dispute claims department. We were on hold the whole time and the they hung up even on him.

Just walked into this location after being advised twice come in over the phone so I can set up my TD App. When I walked in I asked Cathy McDonough if she could help me. She then told me to have a seat I mentioned I was in a bit of a hurry and I was told to stop right in moments ago. After being seated in the lobby I called the location I was sitting in just to make sure the assistant manager was here since we just spoke. Cathy picked up the phone she listen to my question and said, "I can see you in the lobby talking to me on your phone, i just told you to wait, " then says OMG and hangs up on me. I approached the line standing 15 ft away from her with another guest in between us standing in line, and said I could hear her and not be rude she then told me she was scared of me and to go sit down in the lobby because I'm scaring her. I felt profiled and completely disregarded there is no reason for her to feel so confident in her conviction I'm not sure if she felt like she was at home or what but when you're at work you're supposed to represent your company and not showcase your implicit biasAt this point I've only been banking with you for a month and already I'm having a very unprofessional relationship. Honestly your staff has to do better. JARED overheard the conversation and quickly stepped in to avoid any further display on Cathy's behalf . Thank you to Jared for his help and consideration in the situation.There's no reason to tell a guest that they feel threatened when I never raised my voice and was standing at a significant distance and was standing at a significant distance simply calling her out on being crass. Time was wasted the scene was made and all of this could have been avoided.
