Family normally goes to Lowes.Stopped in to check on wood prices, and got a few bolts and washers.Had a hard time to find the washer sizes (kind of wierd yes ?).Prices are ridiculous, $5 for a couple of washers !Went to checkout. Self checkout was stuck on the order - not sure why.Took forever to get an employee to assist us - staff did not seem to care.Asked for a manager - and some horrible female staff who claimed she was manager walked up and just stared at us. She provided No help what so ever - she just glared at us ! No problem - got the idea Dont go to HomeDepot again !Never want to go there again.Need to find respectable staff and customer support.Whta a trashy store to visit - never again !!

Lorraine is truly the best employee that you have at that store. She is very good at her customer service skills. We always look for Lorraine.

If you need anything specific at this location.. just call customer service and ask for Monica... She's worked at Home Depot 20+ years & she knows her way around. She even helped us find a great contractor in a sea of no-shows. Great service. She's the best. So, is this particular store. There's always someone helpful around; specifically the ladies, who work there.

I purchased a full set of appliances March 2020. The store did not have the appliances on the floor that I was looking for so instead they used the floor models as examples and then sold me what they felt I was looking for from using their online website. I am a bit old school and I trusted that their experience with sales and online purchasing would result in what I was hoping to get. I simply wanted to replace my existing Frigidaire appliances that I had for 13 years (still worked fine) with newer stainless steel models. Same brand, same type of appliance. However; much had changed and they had counter depth and air fryer and other options available. I was not well versed and did not know much about this so again, I trusted the sales team on my purchase. My prior refrigerator was a standard depth and the one that was ordered for me was the counter depth. The appliances were delivered and the delivery guys had me sign and they left. It was later in the evening when I discovered that my refrigerator was not snug up against the back wall. When I pushed it back it would not open because the doors then hit the side wall. I needed the standard depth. I did call HOME DEPOT that night and the man I spoke with simply told me that they could do nothing once the appliance was delivered and I had signed for it. I was told to call the manufacturer. The following day, everything COVID started to unravel, businesses changing, new regulations, etc... I work in medical and I no longer had time to focus on my appliances and I had to focus on work. In the evening, the manufacturer numbers were closed and during the day I could not reach anyone. It was a trying time for the world and while our law makers were making so many exceptions to the laws, the retailers and the manufactures still held me to their policies. Since I was told that Home Depot could not help, I tried to get Frigidaire to help but they would not replace my refrigerator either. They then told me to call Home Depot so I made one last attempt before the one year manufacturer warranty expired and unfortunately Home Depot said they do not want to take the loss. My appliance is nothing more than an oversized paper weight. The one girl I spoke with was kind and did speak to her manager but the end result is that they cannot and will not make any exceptions to have my refrigerator replaced. I would give this a ZERO/One star if April was not so nice to me. Nice does not get the job done but sometimes things are just out of our hands. I used to be a regular Lowes customer and I left and started using Home Depot for all of my home goods. I buy paint, mulch, plants, lighting, all of my cleaners, trash bags, outdoor furniture, grills, etc... Home Depot was my go to store and for small things they will usually not worry about taking a loss but for something like an appliance - I was doomed from day one! Life is filled with so many lessons and I guess this is just a big one for me.

I stopped by Home Depot after visiting my Mom because I needed to get some Fireplace Logs due to a cold snap in Florida. I didn't find them inside, but I did find 2 associates in the aisle so I asked them where they were. I was lead to them, and the older gentleman helping me even picked them up (heavy) and put them in my cart. The young black man who was working with him was really helpful in letting me know where I'd find the Green Gobbler for my sink. I was able to get a gift for the husbeastie's birthday and a bunch of disposable masks as they had a great supply of PPE.

I am getting extremely upset with your online ordering. I have ordered many items from your online service and they never arrive on time. Ex: order number WA85792392 . This is not the first time. I am really considering doing business with Lowes. If i do not hear something on when this order will be shipped today i am going to purchase the item from Lowe's and when and if you ever get my order shipped i will return it and also cut my card in half and do my purchasing at Lowes.

We purchased tile and had to do three trips so we dealt with several employees in this time. Each one of them was so kind and helpful. Even people who weren't directly included in our purchase went out of their way to be nice. This Home Depot is a little further than others from our house but I'll travel the distance just to go to this one. :)
