This is the place i go for all my supplies, I run a small Handyman company out of Carrabelle Fl. They treat me like Gold here. I was running behind one night i called a said i would be there at 6:45 15 minutes to closing time and I needed 60 rolls of pine straw when I got there Robbin and JT had them at the end of the trailer. We loaded them and I payed my bill at 6:59. Now that's what I call SERVICE. You won't get that at the big box Orange or Blue store.

Store is cluttered, dirty and disorganized, cashiers are unprofessional and doing other things like knitting while at checkout. And the owner is rude and plays by his own rules. Wouldn't give me a full refund becsuee the product I purchased was from a diffrent ACE Hardware.

Great resource in the Port St Joe area! I was preparing to fly back home after a week on the beach and wanted to get back with my fishing rod. They had just what I needed and the staff assisted in modifying the parts to make them fit together properly and to save me from having to purchase additional items to do the same on my own. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for 40+ years- we own a home in town off of long street of modest means.
We came in to grab a few essentials for home repairs needed on the house. When we were inside not a single employee even acted like they wanted us there .. some guy that I don’t think worked there asked if we needed help finding anything - we asked where the electrical breakers were and he directed us.
The cashier was friendly and welcoming it was just a bit off putting that we felt unwelcome here.
We came down right after Michael to help the community and donated everything we could from clothes and toiletries to household items and our time helping clean up. Not everyone who walks through the door is some stuck up tourist and that’s how it felt.. maybe it was just an off day I don’t know.
Prices were right - we found what we needed for our repairs to keep the lights on after the breaker blew.
