“I had driven from Alabama to fix a BMW that was broken down at the Piggly Wiggly in Port St. Joe. I brought all of the parts I thought I would need for the issue. This issue was the starter, which is buried under the intake manifold on this car. I have the entire car apart in the parking lot. After removal, I found the part provided by another auto parts supplier was not even close to the correct fit. Across from the PW is Advance Auto Parts. So, in an act of desperation, I called to see if they had the correct starter. They said they did, so I walked over checked it out and bought it on the spot. It was a perfect fit and cheaper than the competition charged for the wrong part. Huge shout out to Joshua and Joe. They were extremely helpful and nice as could be. The car would have been on a tow truck back to North Alabama without Advance and their support staff. I highly recommend Advance Auto in Port St. Joe!”
