We were in town for vacation and got a piece of metal in a tire that caused a flat tire. Took my car here to see about getting a patch. BJ and his technician Ethan got us fixed up in 20 minutes and we were back on the road. Highly recommend BJ and his team!

We were on vacation and the A/C went out on our truck. Rick found the issues and got it working again for a fair price. 2 days later it went out again, I returned and Rick looked at it and found that it was a wiring problem that kept blowing the fuse. He replaced the fuse at no cost. We were leaving the next day so we didn’t have time to chase the wire problem down. Rick gave me extra fuses and showed me which one it was in case it blew on our drive back to Ohio, which it did once. Honest shop that won’t do unnecessary repairs.

We are vacationing, and I had a screw in my tire. The owner plugged and refused all overture for payment. Incredible business that I highly recommend for all citizens of Port St. Joe

Been on vacation for a week & my last night my car won’t start. I’m due to come home today. I jumped my car off this morning & called BJ’s Auto. I explained what was going on. He explained it was a more than likely a bad battery or alternator. I brought right to him. They checked & it was the battery. Replaced the battery. Excellent customer service, friendly & polite!! I would call on them again in a heartbeat if needed while in the area.

Awesome! Daughter had slow leak in tire, we took it to BJ’s . Lot was full of other customers- he had her pull up, found the nail and fix it for no charge! Small town service- wonderful!

In town over July 4th weekend had a problem with my truck misfiring. Took it to BJs they were able to diagnose the problem quickly. Unfortunately they weren't able to fix it long term (sourcing parts and the time to complete the repairs was longer than I would be in town for) but they were able to get it running well enough to get me back home to Atlanta.
I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone in the area

We had a 6 hour drive from GA to Cape San Blas and our car started to overheat. We thought we just needed coolant, but the next day it overheated again and realized there is a leak somewhere because all the coolant had already drained.
I did a quick google search for nearby mechanics and BJ’s came up. And since the first phone call, we have received nothing but excellent customer service.
We had it towed first thing the next morning and our car was ready the following day. Being a mama with 2 babies, we really needed our car to get around (and to get home by Saturday). I was worried we were going to need to extend our trip or get a car rental.
I appreciated how fast they got us in and out. And our car is running perfect!

We are from out of town. Our Ford Expedition system notified us that our back tire was in critical condition for psi. The gentleman at this shop was very nice; he put air in the tire and found a screw, and plugged our tire for free. Thank you!

This place is very nice! The people there are very friendly! Got something in my tire, they were swamped and got me right in and took care of it! Highly recommended if you are in the Port St Joe area!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I took my car here for an oil leak less than a month ago and after weeks of back and forth, empty promises, “I’m down 2 guys”, “I haven’t looked at it” it was supposedly fixed. I got my car and the problem was not fixed whatsoever. So I called and they said bring it back Friday they would look at it again THIS Friday for sure since they had new help. I thought yay! It was not looked at Friday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. I was NOT called and NOT updated AT ALL. Wednesday I called and called, finally got an answer, and the guy was very short saying he wouldn’t be able to look at it until the end of the week. So I went by there the NEXT Friday and got my car after being told it wouldn’t be looked at any time soon. I was never updated the entire week it wasn’t looked at as promised. When I went to get my car the guy was very rude saying he’s “down 2 guys” and “has no time”. These people do not care about customer service and the entire experience was unprofessional. So if anyone finds these “2 guys” bjs automotive is down please please please let them know.
