Blackfin Construction recently completed construction of two houses for us in St. Joe Beach on Desoto Street. The whole process, beginning to end went smoothly. Ben has an amazing team with Tammy, Christy & Jose. Tammy supervised the build in the field and her attention to detail was superb, as if it were he own home. My wife and I looked to buy a house on the beach for over a year. One thing we found to be consistent is that whenever our Real Estate agent showed us a house, if it was built by Blackfin, the fit and finish was always superior to others. We then noticed that Blackfin had signs up showing their builds all along the area on the coast we wanted to buy in. We recently closed on a beautiful Blackfin Construction beach house, two + years old, well out of warranty.We love it. One day we noticed a peculiar leak over one of the beachfront decks. With no particular expectation we reached out to Blackfin. Construction. Much to my surprise President and Owner of Blackfin got back to me right away. Without hesitation he had a 3 person crew on it within 2 days. They worked through the problem (which may have been due to owner negligence) and made repairs quickly and most professionally at no charge.The work is now complete. The crew was so good we gave them free access to our home when we were away. We highly recommend Blackfin Construction to anyone looking to trust a builder with one of their largest investments ever.Thank you Ben and crew.
