Staff always helpful and friendly. Pharmacy has helped me get vaccines …Florida’s DeSantus has interfered now with my getting an updated Covid before I fly out of state to a big family funeral. That makes me have to call 190 times extra to see if RX for it came in! Makes me mad!!! The pharmacy folks are very good.

Poor old man in pharmacy can't work his full shift. Having to shut down before closing time so people can't get their much needed medication. Where to you hire these people from. We work 12 to 17 hours a day and to work your actual schedule is asking too much, you sir are pathetic

Would not fill my prescription. I have filled this same prescription every 30days for the past 15+ years at my local CVS in Alabama. We recently purchased a home here in PSJ and spend a lot of time here. I brought them the hard copy, which my home pharmacy told me to, and encouraged him to call my physician for verification. It is obvious that I’m not “drug/seeking or doctor shopping “ but the pharmacist would not do anything at all.
Addendum: I highly recommend BUY RITE DRUGS if you ever need prescriptions filled in Port Saint Joe. (They are the only other pharmacy in town) The very kind and helpful pharmacist called my physician and filled it the same day. It was worth the cash price to have my medication. But, I kinda feel like CVS owes me $60! CVS is the pharmacy holding a Tricare contract but refusing to fill valid prescriptions.

Terrible drive thru service. The pharmacy needs to work on efficiency. I get your busy but when you take 5 customers at the counter and not a single one at the speaker that's ridiculous.

Trust me. This rating is way too high. I have never heard of this kind of stuff before. Two weeks ago, I suffered a heart attack. I had TRIPLE heart bypass surgery on May 20, 2025. This was no small ordeal. I spent the next week recovering in Bay Medical Hospital. On the 26th, which was Memorial Day, the hospital set to release me. They asked who I get prescriptions through and responded all mine come from VA due to me being a veteran. They asked for a drug store close to me and I named one. Thirty minutes later they came back saying it would be closed. I gave them a second name. Again they came back saying it would be closed. For a third option I gave them CVS Pharmacy, Highway 98. Within the hour I started receiving texts my prescriptions were ready for pickup. I was released within an hour of that. We drove straight to CVS just to find the pharmacy closed early due to the holiday. So there I stand. Just out of the hospital and not able to get any prescriptions. I received texts after the pharmacy closed but nothing about closing early due to the holiday. Now, the next day, they filled 6 out of 7 prescriptions with no explanation why the seventh prescription wasn't filled. Why didn't they communicate with the hospital better? Two other drugstores were able to let the hospital know they were closed!. This business needs to be closed before they kill someone. That someone could have been me. No, I do not want your apology or sympathy. I want you to close your doors.

If I could give Zero stars I would. They wasted our whole day saying they were getting the prescription ready. Went back to get it and they didn’t have anything in stock! The pharmacist was honestly one of the more incompetent people I’ve ever met. I would rather drive an hour to get something filled than deal with these people.

This is absolutely the worst CVS, no, the worst drug store that I have ever been so un fortunate to do business with. The staff is rude and absolutely unhelpful. The drive through is NEVER open! NEVER!!! I've had hip replacement and have had to wait for my medications because I CAN'T COULDN'T COME IN! The CVS application never works and forget getting someone on the phone. I've been coming here for three years and it just gets worse. Pull the plug.

Filthy restrooms, thought it was by accident and was a same day issue. Went back a week later. Restroom was still disgusting. What is wrong with you. Clean your Restroom!!!!!
