We stopped for a quick sandwich lunch an got a pleasant surprise. The employees were very friendly and helpful and the food was excellent. Their large sandwich is enough for 2 adults. Plenty of free parking available and conveniently located on the main road in Port St Joe.

The pizza is not good but it's not the worst. Honestly it's pretty mid. No, it's not gourmet pizza from an Italian pizzeria. It's more like a mashup of Domino's, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut. Had the veggie pizza and the veggies were fresh and had a nice crunch which was nice. The pizza was overall pretty forgettable, nothing super remarkable about it. Prices were pretty good. If you're hungry and want to try a local hotspot, this is it. The service is not terrible; we happened to be there when the water was out (no drinking water) but the people were nice and food was out in a timely fashion. The dining area is a bit...well...it's recommended to not eat in lol.

Truly appreciate these guys on the nights I’m unable to get a home cooked meal together for my family. The team here is always friendly. Appreciate you all and all that you do.

I’ve been going to this Howies in PSJ since I was a little girl and it’s my favorite pizza place in town. Call me crazy but in my opinion, it’s better than the other fancy/more expensive pizza restaurants. I love Hungry Howies!

The kids enjoyed the cheese pizza and cheese sticks. The simplicity of the flavors made it a kid friendly option.

Hungry Howie's is a chain pizza restaurant with the best location available on the Gulf of Mexico. Located at the Intersection of US Highway 98 and Charles Costin Boulevard Boulevard, in the beautiful town in Port St Joe, Florida.Hungry Howie's is the closest restaurant to the Port St Joe boat ramp. Make sure you look for the beautiful underwater mural painted on the building to the right of Hungary Howie's. You can grab dinner and enjoy a picnic at the park to the left. There is a pirate ship playground, bench swings hanging from oak trees, a pond, and a gazebo over the water. Amazing views of the St Joseph Bay, the Lighthouse, wildlife, and the Gulf of Mexico sunset. Grab a hot pizza before or after a boat ride in the calm waters of St Joseph Bay. On the opposite corners are the famous Port Inn and Port Inn Cottages. The food is exactly what you expect from Hungry Howie's. Hot, affordable, and a family favorite the kids and adults love. The differences to look for are the Southern hospitality, great location, and walkable to all of downtown Port St Joe. A day of fun in the sun makes for tired and hungry people. It's easy to please everyone with a quick filling meal.Parking: You can park in several locations within 100' of Hungry Howie's. All are handicap accessible.Kid-friendliness: Best place to fill up hungry children and let them play in the park.Wheelchair accessibility: Most everything is handicap accessible. The local gazebo over the water is directly behind Hungry Howie's.

Good pizza and service. Only recommendation is to get online time estimation fixed, showed 20 min for pickup and took 45 min to get pizza. They were very busy during this time.

A little dated on the inside but where it matters, the food, it was very good. Our pizzas were a bit over done for our liking, but once you got away from the edges the pizza tasted great. We ordered online and was ready when it said it would be.

Haven't had Hungry Howies for a very long time and wanted it while here on vacation. Went to the store to order. Staff was very friendly and store was clean. Got the pizza and went back to the house. Absolutely delicious and took care of the craving.
