Second time I was booked for an appointment the place is full and I left after 20 minutes each time. The computers were down this time, what does that have to do with anything.

Very warm and friendly- gave advise as what do and when and where results were sent - no matter who does the blood work they are respectful and never a bad prick - if one can enjoy the process - I always look forward to my visit! Great staff - clean and thorough🤗

The check in kiosk is a joke. You can press lightly or press like a hammer and still won't recognize you're trying to type on it.
Timothy is very unprofessional. Told ke there is nothing wrong with kiosk you just have to touch it softly. After trying for 10 min you tend to want to just chuck the little screen out the front door and go back to old school ways of having an actual PERSON check you in.
Timothy then tried to collect a estimated payment amount from me. Never had to do this before. I told him that this was 1st time Ive been asked to pay an estimated amount. He said its no different than paying your co pay at dr appt. Well excuse me, yes it is. I know what my copay amount is. Its not an estimate. I prefer to pay once my insurance processes my claim. That way it's not an estimate it's actual.
Timothy was very unprofessional and obviously had zero patience to deal with patients. Maybe have a little more compassion when dealing with patients would be my suggestion. Will request from now on NOT to be scheduled with him. As everyone I've ever dealt with at this location has always been super friendly and helpful.
What a black mark he gives to this location!

This trip was even better than the last few.... quick, painless and employees were all friendly and polite. My tech was a PRO, as anyone who has to stick me says my veins are not friendly, but my tech was skilled and professional

The staff is nice, they just never run the right test. Had a urine test ran last week for my employer and they messed up the test and it’s invalid… They ran it as the wrong type of test and it costed me $150 and a huge headache…. Trying to get them to fix is will be fun I’m sure

So easy to schedule an appointment, check in prior to arriving, and never a long wait. I Love Quest, and it's right in Port St. Joe, so convenient.

Quick in and out appointment. I can’t remember the lady’s name, but she was very kind. Office was clean. Would recommend going first thing in the morning. I had no wait. 😊

Terrible experience. I had 4 different appointments scheduled on different days and they were all cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.

I had an appointment at 12:10 and I had still not been called back at 1:00. However later appointments and some without appointments were called before me 😔
