Not a great experience. Woman that drew my blood told me she had been doing that job far too long and was sick of it. First time in my life that I ever got a big knot where the blood was drawn and a nasty bruise!! She should either retire or find a new job…..

Very rude and unprofessional. We had an appointment, they told us to wait outside for a text. Back inside 30 seconds after receiving and they said they had called us already, then rudely walked away without further instruction and finally a different employee came out to advise us we now needed to sign in as a walk in.Don’t use the text system if you can’t use it right. People make appointments for a reason, and when you’ve mess up the schedule at least don’t be nasty about it.

Not having the option to speak to a live person is bad. All situations are not intended for the “auto voice helper”?? We need to be able to speak or at least be able to leave a msg with a return call when we have questions that needs answers. Perhaps the staff is unavailable/under staffed. We all are going through changes and I get that, but give me the “option” to be heard. Tks and be safe??

This is the friendliest Quest I’ve ever been to. A kind and patient woman named Angel helped me out. She explained my tests, worked to get my insurance info correct and did the least painful blood draw I’ve had. I have difficult veins so I really appreciated her skill and patience. In addition they were exactly on time with my pre booked appointment. They do take walk ins

Not a bad place to have some lab work done if you're in the area and the need arrises. The lobby is pretty cramped, but after checking in at the kiosk you're welcome to wait outside until your turn, or take a seat inside where a monitor keeps you abreast of your wait time. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, without an appointment, and had results available back via their "My Quest" app in under 24 hours, which seemed very reasonable. The facility is very clean and the tech was super friendly and proficient at her job.

Waited for over an hour for my scheduled appointment but no one ever even bothered to unlock the building or even bothered to pa note on the door concerning that they were closed. This is unacceptable

Hours available have become difficult to use quest. Have to use the hospital because I can not get an appointment anytime one enough to use.

I had a unique situation with out of town orders and Kayla and one of the other Techs was great in figuring out the situation! Gracias ladies you made what could have been very frustrating not a problem!
