These folks are great! I have never had a bad experience. This time, along with a pair of pants that needed heming, my mother in law gave me a shirt she loves with a huge stain on the front from heaven knows what šš¤Ø. After trying several things myself, we decided to try dry cleaning. When I brought it in the clerk told me that it was iffy, but they'd do the best they could. They got it out! I'm amazed and my MIL is giddy. š

*I just want to preface this by saying I generally have a great experience at this place, however:I went in for alterations and was told they've never done them before. Then I told her I've been going there over 5 years for alterations (not to mention it's on the Google page) she insisted they never did them. Luckily, a guy came out and said they used to at this location.The lady then said "yes but we stopped in January."Exactly how does this correlate to "we've never done alterations?" Clearly, she knew. I would have been fine with this answer, and I would have seeked another alteration location, instead she stood there basically calling me a liar when I was telling her I've had all my alterations done by this exact location.I found that very rude and unexessary

Iām always on the run on my day off and sometimes thereās literally not enough time in the day. Today was one of those days. I live about 10-15 minutes away from my Crest Cleaners at exactly 5:51 I realised that I needed to pick up my pants. I made it right after 6:01 and the good people there allowed me to pick up my pants. This is doesnāt happen often to me, but they were just as nice as the last time it happened. I would have totally understood if they had told me they were closed, but they were so happy to help me anyway. I hope Crest Cleaners knows how good and dedicated their employees are. I know I appreciate them more than my words can say. Thank you so very much!

The first time I went I took 10 ties and a pocket square and they were over $60 (cringe). I took a pea coat here after that (and asked the cost upfront this time-whew, $10 and some change). Ask for cost upfront and you might not feel ripped off on smaller items. Two ties still had a soiled scent on them so I just really couldn't justify $5-6/tie. Then, the price of the pea coat was astounding. The service is friendly and quick. I adore the drive thru option especially during a pandemic.

Don't ever get your rugs cleaned by them, mine came back in the same condition as when I took them didn't even smell clean.

I have two kids in the JROTC program so dry cleaning is a must for them. That being said weāve been going to Psj crest cleaners. However as most familyās we run tight schedules and time isnāt always something we have a lot of. Your clothing could be sitting right in your face and ready for pick up but if you show up 5 minutes before 5:00 they wonāt give it to you. I thought my son was kidding when he tried to pick his uniform up and they refused it to him. I was in complete shock when the going dark haired girl told me I couldnāt have my daughters uniform until 5:00. Are you freaking kidding me!? This will be our last time with crest cleaners!
