“I used to use this store for smaller, throw away type items. Drill bits, sanding pads, etc. That has all changed. I have purchased a palm sander, angle grinder, impact driver and drill from them in Hercules brand. They have been used more in the last year than most individuals will ever use them in a LIFETIME. That said, they have ALL performed FLAWLESSLY and shown ZERO signs of stopping anytime soon. This particular store is clean, always stocked and has great staff. Highly recommend. ALSO have an impact drill, 3in. cutoff tool, jig saw and Brad nailer from their Bauer line. Same goes for these tools as well. Wouldn't consider purchasing cordless tools from ANY other brand EVER AGAIN.”
“I am always offered help as soon as I come in the door. NEVER have to look for someone and they all have good advice. Yesterday a young man named Jackson stuck with me for a Loong search for something that would work to fix the air suspension in my 2012 Tesla. Ya, Tesla! He found what I needed in the plumbing isle I think, not even sure; he found and brought it to me. Thanks, Jackson, for not giving up till something worked.”
“Just left the store. 2nd time I've been there due to my 1st expierence. 1st impressions are everything . When I arrived I was greeted by Kim who has a great personality and her knowledge of the products she sells is absolutely on point. I was able to get in and out in no time with the purchase of a new window. She made it as easy and smooth as I wanted or ever expected. Definitely an asset to the company which led me to my second visit. Where I was greeted by Michelle, who was just as nice and knowledgeable as Kim. Thank you ladies for all your help”

“The sales lady Yaz provided good customer service. She helped make our shopping easier by holding our items to the side so we could return in two other trips. She was patient with us during checkout when we unexpectedly needed to add more items to our total to qualify for a credit card promotion. The young man there also helped make things easier bc he had our bags of soil already loaded onto a cart when we returned for the second pick up. That was very much appreciated since my husband is a disabled veteran and every bit helps. Thank you to the Home Depot garden team.”

Every single order the past YEAR, Has been on time and the correct delivery, The most recent I needed extra treated lumber for a seawall, Expected to take a week, Tracey made it happen in less than TWO days! Two years ago, Ashley's dad, Ran the MI spot, I ran out of money and he took it upon himself to get me the material so I could finish and pay later, I was 21 and just starting and Jesse supported me, I barely knew him. Now Ashley and Tracey doing their thing there running it, The greatness was most definitely passed down. If you need a new lumber distributor, Decks and docks Merrit island is the best you are going to get, from service to material quality and on time delivery, Its always ON POINT. As a young contractor that means everything and they have my business for life. They treated me the same as the big shot buyers when I wasn't and now they have my business and loyalty for life. “I've read the other reviews and I guess I get some of the negative stuff, but I don't let it bother me. Despite being small and in a kinda small area, it's a very busy store. I'm usually in and out faster than it takes me to get TO home depot. Some of the guys are hit or miss. We all have off days. Some times I'm hounded for help, other times I gotta drag someone out to help me. It's well stocked. Large variety. It's open a lot. Prices are a bit premium, but that's expected when you're saving time by going local. It's a great shop. Relax.”
