“The sales lady Yaz provided good customer service. She helped make our shopping easier by holding our items to the side so we could return in two other trips. She was patient with us during checkout when we unexpectedly needed to add more items to our total to qualify for a credit card promotion. The young man there also helped make things easier bc he had our bags of soil already loaded onto a cart when we returned for the second pick up. That was very much appreciated since my husband is a disabled veteran and every bit helps. Thank you to the Home Depot garden team.”

Rachel Durrett at the Lowe’s Pro Desk in Titusville did an outstanding job coordinating our carpet and installation supply delivery today. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. Her communication and attention to detail really stood out.
The delivery team, Reggie and Patrick, were equally impressive. They arrived on time, handled the materials with care, and were courteous and efficient throughout the delivery. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was placed exactly where needed.

“I've read the other reviews and I guess I get some of the negative stuff, but I don't let it bother me. Despite being small and in a kinda small area, it's a very busy store. I'm usually in and out faster than it takes me to get TO home depot. Some of the guys are hit or miss. We all have off days. Some times I'm hounded for help, other times I gotta drag someone out to help me. It's well stocked. Large variety. It's open a lot. Prices are a bit premium, but that's expected when you're saving time by going local. It's a great shop. Relax.”
