Dr. Webster is great. The staff is incompetent. Barbara has always been rude and argumentative from my first visit. I had to go for cataract evaluation and she never bothered mentioning that I couldn't wear my contracts for 2 weeks before. Barbara also gave me trail contacts and ordered $100 worth out of pocket before I tired them. I can't wear the contact she ordered they hurt my eye's I was told they couldn't give me a refund only a credit on my account. All over I will not be going back to My Eye Doctor because of Barbara.

Made an appointment for an eye exam. The day before appointment played phone tag with the receptionist, then received text stating that they would see me at 8am the next day. Went to appointment and was scolded on how I did not leave a message . I stated I would reschedule. she then pick up my folder and continued to complain that they needed 48 hrs notice for an appointment. Told her I would not need this appointment and walked out. Horrible experience.

I had been going to another MyEye Dr location for 7 years and had good experiences, but when I tried this location I had a terrible experience. The prescription that was written for me did not match the eye exam at all. In addition, the prescription printed out was even different and I had to call back for a ‘corrected’ prescription that still was not correct, ironically this ‘correction’ was addressed by the store manager, Dakota, incorrectly.I used these wrong prescriptions to buy glasses from Warby Parker and when I received them, I realized how far off the prescriptions were (I had 2). I went to my original Myeye dr and received correct prescriptions. When I went into this MyEye Dr to ask if there was anything they would do to correct their mistake ( which they could clearly see in their system comparing the different prescriptions) they said Yes, and the store manager, Dakota would call me back.After two weeks of no call, I called them and finally spoke with Dakota. He refused to make right on the mistakes made in his office. They would not replace lenses for the Warby Parker glasses I purchased with the wrong prescriptions they gave me. They would not cover any of the cost for the additional glasses I purchased from the other Myeye Dr.they would not give me a future credit for glasses I could buy from them later. They would not even offer an apology for their mistake which cost me hours and hundreds of dollars.I high,y recommend going anywhere else. I have had eye issues my whole life and never before received such terrible mistakes in my prescriptions followed by no customer service at all.

I always give business reviews my consideration when booking an appointment. As a business owner myself sometimes a negative review can sway others into not using that business. I personally like to give the benefit of the doubt and give them a try anyways. I called and Barbra was very welcoming over the phone. My biggest fear of the eye Dr is getting those annoying glaucoma eye drops. They give me vertigo and make me nauseated. She assured me that they used state of the art technology and do not use those eye drops, so I booked my appointment. On the day of my appointment Dakota was so welcoming and explained every test that they were doing. The Eye Dr was also very through and suggested the progressive lenses for me needing distance and bifocals for my glasses. I had never heard of these and decided to give them a try. I can not remember her name, but the girl who assisted me in picking out frames was so pleasant and helpful. They have a great selection of frames to choose from. I received an email/text about 2 weeks later that my glasses were ready. No appointment needed, I walked in to pick up my glasses. It was easy and the glasses were perfect. I wore them for a full week but just couldn't adjust to the progressive lenses. Dakota told me to come on in and they we discuss the other options. I ended up with a nice credit to my account and was able to order a second pair for my bifocals.This time the lenses and 2nd pair were ready within one week. I am very satisfied with the customer service that was provided, the prices as a self pay and the glasses. I highly recommend My Eye Dr!

This was my first eye exam and needless to say I was extremely nervous. Nicole was amazing and put me at complete ease and Dr. Webster was great as well. Definitely will be back the next time I need an exam.

Since I became I became a patient at this office, I have never had a bad experience with any of the staff in office. From the front desk to the doctor, I have only had positive, professional interactions and friendly service. Also very knowledgeable with advice about different products and how to care for what you purchase. I still drive to PSJ from MI after we moved to stay with this office. My husband and son now go here as well. 5/5 I would recommend.

Just don't go here...too many reasons to list...rude doctors and staff, small selection compared to the provider I have used for the last 15 years, coatings wore off in 6 months, and more. I went here only because it is the only provider on my insurance plan. Next time I will go where I have always gone and pay the extra money than go back here!

The office staff were so very friendly and helpful from making the appointment to selecting my glasses and frames. It was a very nice experience from all personnel I came in contact with. Many thanks to all for the friendly smiles and courteous service. God bless.

Dakota & the staff were very patient and very helpful through the whole eye care process. My daughter had her first contact fitting today and she was nervous but Dakota made it so simple and calming. The staff is always welcoming and answers all questions about anything you need. My family will always come here for our eye needs.

MyEyeDr. had excellent service. Once checked in and had my necessary paperwork done, I was taken straight back and was seen by the doctor in no time. Dr. Webster was very informative and took the time to answer all my questions about my eyes. The staff is very professional and friendly as well. Also, the sales associate took the time to really understand my needs for my new glasses and helped me pick the perfect pair. I had my glasses back in no time and they even adjusted them to fit me better. Overall, I’m new to the area and they will continue to have me as a patient.

10/10 recommend! friendly staff, goes above and beyond. my whole family comes here now. barbara & stacey are super nice at the front desk, dakota (who I believe was the manager) was very helpful around the office, blake & sully were amazing and very informative, and hannah over in optical went out of her way to help me find the best pair. if you're looking for somewhere in PSJ to have an outstanding eye experience, SEE these guys!!!

This was my first time at this office and I will be going back. The staff and Dr. Webster are super welcoming and helpful. I highly recommend going to get eye exam done here. Dr. Webster is amazing. I clearly have been going to the wrong place for eye exams in the past. I wear contacts/glasses and I am very happy with the way they fit. Thank you to the amazing staff and Dr. Webster.
