I absolutely love this insurance agency michael bayerlein was the most helpful and polite person and got me the best dental and health insurance to fit my budget and needs. I highly recommend him if you ever need insurance the best by far and I called around 20 different people before I called him and immediately felt like I was getting the right plan he didn't make me feel like just another number! Thanks for everything and keep up the amazing job

There are not enough stars or accolades to give to Michelle and A Better Solution for assisting with Florida Blue MarketPlace Healthcare. I have been struggling every year for the past 6 years trying to choose plans and navigate the MarketPlace website. In a matter of minutes, Michelle had plans for me to choose from; and then had me re-enrolled for 2024. What a difference working with a professional makes!

I'm self employed and had lost my insurance earlier this year. Now experiencing a emergency and needed coverage right away. Michelle found me a affordable plan with much better coverage than I had. I highly recommend this place. Would give them more stars if possible.

I came in to meet with Donna due to Lisa referring me. Lisa greeted me at the door professionally and got me all ready to meet with Donna. Donna was amazing. She was so sweet and beyond supportive of my needs. When I make the decision to get insurance I will be using Donna for sure. The office was so clean and I own a cleaning company so I always look at office cleanliness out of habit. The owner was there Bob when I came in and he was so sweet. I reccomend this office 100%. Hiring Lisa as the smiling face at the front office was a good choice as well.

We had a problem with an insurance claim with Florida Blue. We went in and explained everything to Mike and he spent the next 2 hours on the phone with many different agencies, until he finally was able to get us the information we needed. We really appreciated the time and effort he took to help us out. He also enlisted the help of his office mate, Donna, who was very helpful also. Even though this has been a very frustrating experience, the help of Mike and his team made our decision to go in there a success. Kudos to all the help we received.
