Bought a washer and dryer two years ago. Dryer broke the last month of the contract. Aaron's repaired the dryer and delivered it back to my home in about six months. Washer broke during that time as well. Washer was out of service contract with no extended warranty. I call to find out if I can pay to have my washer fixed by their service center. I was told no but sorry there's nothing we can do except for sell you a new washer.

The Port Saint Lucie location always has smiles and respect. These are genuine people ready to make a family happy! I appreciate how they are every day! Tonya and Scott makes it work, Stephanie is always is so sweet and understanding! When it’s time to deliver Mr. Willie and Bobby always come through to make sure I get it when I need it!

Aarons has taken care of my furniture needs for years. They’ve made it possible to have brand new items on a budget; my favorite is my king size bed… They’ve allowed me to be flexible on my payments when needed, and I get special rates as a returning customer. Whenever I’ve needed service, they’ve always been prompt and courteous fixing the issue free of charge. It’s exciting making that last payment knowing it’s mine… Then I usually get something else. I’ve never had someone speak badly to me and they’re always polite. Tonya and Scott are the ones to deal with me on the phone and I thank them for making it so I never feel anxious when I have to speak to a human for whatever issue. The service technicians always deal with me too, and they handle it pretty well. Though I’m not a “Karen” about things, I do make sure the job is done thoroughly.

I’m very disappointed and upset with the services I received. I will be reaching out to cooperate. I got harassed the past two weeks. I have kids and at night time my doorbell was getting pushed multiple times. My kids woke up from them ringing the bell and knocking so hard. Never ever will I use them again of recommend to anyone else. These workers should be ashamed of themselves. There should be an option for zero stars because that’s what they deserve.

Customer service was very helpful without being pushy. They helped us with understanding the delivery service. They have way less wait time for delivery of items as competing stores, months sooner! Display was nice, limited but good options to look at. They have a larger selection online
