On top of of ignoring me (the only customer in the store for 5 min) Old man at the counter refused a warranty exchange because he thinks he's a mechanic. He doesn’t understand how an external voltage regulator works. Regardless of the application, it shouldn’t be over charging a battery. Just so the AH knows, I just ended up buying one and returning the old one to another location With better customer service. His so called 30 years experience is a joke lol

I just left this store (353 E Prima Vista) and what a disgrace the manager named Tom treats his employees. I was waiting in line to purchase my items and Tom came out from the back screaming and yelling out loud at his associate Carlos stating (CARLOS, I'M AT THAT REGISTER. YOU JUST MESSED UP THE ITEMS I HAD ON IT. NOW I HAVE TO DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN.) Carlos, respectfully, quickly and quietly went to thr next register. He was so embarrassed as I was standing there. I felt so bad for Carlos. That was uncalled for and so degrading. Tom's demeanor was unpleasant, rude, belittling and uncalled for. Wow... I felt so uncomfortable standing there. I wanted to hug Carlos and tell him he didn't deserve being mistreated in such a way. I won't come here again because of this. What a shame. Leadership should lead by example. They should treat people how they would want people to treat them. Respect goes both ways.I watched Carlos working hard with a calm demeanor. I saw how Tom tells Carlos what to do but doesn't say please. It's awful to witness such behavior.

Sunday afternoon, my husband and I are senior citizens whose car battery had failed. We brought the battery in to buy a new battery. Mr. Royer eagerly answered our questions found a battery price we could handle. Before carrying the battery to our car, he set up our cellphone with a website to assist us in installing the battery. We are ever so grateful to Mr. Royer for his kind assistance and would recommend this store to anyone looking for an auto parts store that truly service what they sell.

the worker mike took his time and helped me find the correct brake line I needed for my car and didn't get frustrated with me at all. I really appreciate that kind of service.

They had what we needed. Wasn't exactly sure what to buy but we were given all the choices availble. Salesman took his time with us to make sure we had the best choices. Great place to get stuff for your vehicle.
