The worst theater I've ever been to. Old and disgusting. Seats are busted and the ones that aren't look as if they've never been clean. The bathrooms are about as gross as a public one could be. Staff is rude and just flat out don't do their jobs. If i could give less than 1 star I would.

This theatre need to be completed renovated and they need management. They never dim the lights and or there is always something wrong with playing the film. Maybe if enough people stop going they will get a clue. The place is empty half the time. Bathroom are disgusting.

I have always been super nervous in movie theaters due to bad past experiences. I went into the AMC in SLW and was greeted a woman named Ellie. She was super sweet, made me feel so comfortable, and showed me exactly where the movie would be.

We had to ask to them to turn on the video. Then we had to ask them to turn off the house lights. The bathroom was worn and in need of care. Not the best experience

I've always loved this place, even back when it was "Rave Theaters." They do a spectacular job, and it seems like everyone there enjoys their work; which says a lot. Once or twice, the audio in a cinema wasn't properly adjusted to account for the number of viewers (the mostly empty room made for higher than ideal bass and lower than ideal mid and treble, making some audio overwhelming while dialogue became a little harder to follow). That is some nitpicking, though; I really don't have criticism to offer. The family and I still go there and enjoy ourselves immensely ?

The AMC St Lucie West FL is a great venue, conveniently located just one block off of I95 with excellent parking. I recommend joining their STUBS club for some excellent perks like free popcorn refills and accumulating points for dollar rewards. The theater is clean, the sound system excellent, and it's located just a stone throw from great after movie dining!

Seeing a movie here is kind of like sleeping with that ugly girl from the bar. You feel a bit grimy while doing it and are thankful there’s not much light to see with, but you still have fun.

I'm super hard of hearing but I love Dune. I read all the books, even the bad ones. I saw the first movie as soon as it came to streaming (and multiple times since). So when that stupid popcorn bucket swept the internet, I knew I had to have one. So imagine my surprise when I went online to see if our AMC had one and I saw a show time with OPEN CAPTIONING!! This is a game changer! I haven't enjoyed going to the movies since Hariet the Spy, because who wants to sit in a theater for three hours with no idea what the people on screen are saying? And who wants to spend the whole movie trying to line up a mirror in a cup holder to try to see captioning on the back wall? This is such a little kindness, but it literally made my entire day. And I also got my popcorn bucket.

I often come to this cinema with children that have disabilities so they can watch movies. Until recently, I haven’t had any problems in thew past until I had an encounter with an employee that claims to be the manager and is quite frankly very rude, incompetent to do their job, terrible customer service skills and a liar on top of it all. This is even worse because it is directed towards people with both mental and physical disabilities. I have asked for the “manager’s” name and it was refused to be given to me. I just wanted to make sure his superiors know what their employee is doing in their place of business and to correct his attitude and in response to me asking questions, he was being manipulative and disrespectful and hiding behind his supposed title to justify his actions. I wanted to bring this to your attention so that you are aware that the clients I take care of are not and feel like they are not welcome to be able to enjoy the cinema like any other “normal person”
