Since I moved back to Florida in 2018, I have had both my cats Cider and JackO'Lantern at NPSLAH. Dr.McNarrna was there main Veterinarian. Cider had to be put down in Feb 2020. Dr. Mac as her Vet, was there for us, heart breaking is putting it mildly. I had her Privately cremated. Now 4 -1/2 years later, JackO'Lantern had to be put down., I had her privately cremated as well. What I am disappointed with Nort Port St. Lucie Animal Hospital is after JackO'Lantern passed. Nothing from NPSLAH! With Cider I received a sympathy card. Which I know is a standard sending out. But, is still means alot when you are grieving your fur baby. It has been six weeks and i've not received anything regarding Jack O'Lantens passing. Afters 5 -1/2 years at this Animal hospital and spending more money than I can say pn both my fur babies, not to to get a Sympathy Card for JackO'Lantern is hurtful. I am already grieving and still am and was very disappointed. Guess, its a about the money now. Now that I now longer have my cats, my fur babies attending. Goodbye to us! I even left a card to Dr. Mac Thank you her for how she Made it a little easier when we had to put JackO'Lanter down and for all the care for JackO'Lantern over the years. I have also given gifts at Christmas season for the staff and the doctor to thank them for their service and that I Appreciated what they do and God bless them. I know it's not always an easy job that they do and i've actually worked at an animal hospital for a bit of time- So I understand. I feel That after all this, not To have Jack O'Lantern recognized and remembered from the place that supposedly so cared- is faith shattering. Sincerely, JackO'Lantern fur Mom.

Very caring staff and Dr.Doctor will call after every appointment to check on Lucy. They are very knowledgeable and have very fair pricing. I won't take our little Lucy any place else. And she seems happy to go to the vets.

If you are looking for wonderful, kind people to take care of your pet, this is your place! When the dogs come in, instead of shaking and cowering, they run to the staff and greet them happily with wagging tails. Dr. Schmidt takes the time to discuss the animal's medical issues with you, and the reasons for treatment. Unlike some other Vet Centers around, everyone here goes the extra mile to be sure that your concerns are addressed and that you and your pet are treated well and are comfortable with the treatment. They also care for some rescue and wildlife animals. I only wish that I had found this place before I had some otherwise negative experiences around town with Vet Centers.

My Fendi received the best care at this facility. All the staff that she came across knew her name and greeted her with love.I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Schmidt and her excellent technician Brandi for taking good care of her. I live right in front of this vet and was a bit scared to take my dogs here because of the Yelp reviews. On Sunday, our Golden spent all day throwing up and suddenly at night there was blood in his stool. We rushed him to a different 24 hour vet and didn't like how he was treated. Monday morning he was worse so we decided to ignore the reviews and try this vet. We called and they were quick to schedule Apollo in since it was an emergency. They were all so kind and welcoming of Apollo and we truly loved how he was treated. We had to drop him off Tuesday as well and again, he was treated so amazing by the staff and everyone was truly incredible. Our Apollo is doing so amazing now thanks to everyone here and we truly could not be more thankful! We will definitely bring our dogs here from now on!

My 5 yr Yorkie Kody, has been with Dr. Schmiat and Dr Fox for the last 4 yr. And we are so happy with them. They are very professional and willing to accommodate our pet needs. We love the staff they are friendly and Great will all the animals. Always to make sure our fur baby is in great health.We love them.

We have been coming here for about 4 years and never had a problem. Dr. Schmidt, Lori and all the support staff are always kind, supportive, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Every time we've needed and appointment right away they've always gotten us in fairly quickly. We had a health scare with one of our dogs last night so we called this morning and they got us in within a few hours. They take great care of all my fur babies and I would recommend them to everyone.

You can tell that the entire staff loves animals and loves what they do and they are very helpful and willing to work with you if you have a nervous dog like me.
