I even had the privilege of meeting Matt, the Regional Manager, which further reinforced the commitment to excellence at Kitterman Woods. “So I fell on some pretty hard times like a lot of folks these days and I needed a place to stay. Since the first time I called Sanctuary, the property manager Lisa was so nice and welcoming!! She gave me all the info I needed and did her very best to help me get my application in. I was so blessed to work with her and didn’t have to wait long at all to get moved in! The neighborhood is very calm and comfortable. The neighbors are great my apartment is beautiful. Very spacious even has an extra storage, coat closet, pantry, the balcony, everything very nice. As soon as I let Lisa know that there were some bugs she sent pest control over. I had already worked with someone else though to ensure the problem would be fixed and it has been! I live peacefully. There are some minor discrepancies that I’m working on with Lisa but I’m sure it will all work out because she is amazing. Autumn is very professional as well and it’s nice to see them ? I TOTALLY recommend you come check it out and apply if in need. This is such a blessing! The master is very spacious the other rooms as well, my queen bed fits perfectly you can even have a king in the master, full size for the other rooms make it more spacious and I love the high ceilings on the top floor.”

“Super cute apartments with a washer/dryer & garage!! Great pricing especially for this time and they’re super clean which is a big deal while apartment hunting!! Lauramay is who I’ve been in contact with, such a doll! She also looks to be really on top of this complex which eases my mind a lot. (Besides cleanliness attentiveness has been a big issue with management in my prior apartments). Extremely happy with all interactions, curb appeal, cleanliness and attentiveness so far.”
