“The best customer service and communication from start to finish. Lassania and the manager made my move in smooth and stress free. This community is Beautiful and well kept”

“Autumn & Savanna, for the 100th time. Thank you! My family and I just moved into this community and we couldn’t be happier. From the very beginning, you two have made us feel welcomed and valued.
When I first came in to apply, the office was incredibly busy with phones ringing and people coming in, but you two ladies handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine kindness. Despite the chaos, you two never stopped smiling and made sure every question I had was answered. Which I had a lot! Lol
Our apartment was beautiful when we moved in, and my family absolutely loves our new home. Thank you also to the two maintenance men who without any hesitation, helped us unload our heavy boxes! I am so grateful for all the guidance, patience, and support provided throughout the entire process.
Thank you both for making what could have been a stressful experience so smooth and enjoyable. Don’t let anyone take away those smiles, you are appreciated more than you know! Thank you all again! - R. B ❤”

“This place it’s one of the best places ever in palm city Florida if you’re looking for a friendly place to live this is it I’m talking about the management of this place are so wonderful and professional specially Ms Melisa she’s one of the best really I’m so grateful to be here they treat people here like family”

“Super cute apartments with a washer/dryer & garage!! Great pricing especially for this time and they’re super clean which is a big deal while apartment hunting!! Lauramay is who I’ve been in contact with, such a doll! She also looks to be really on top of this complex which eases my mind a lot. (Besides cleanliness attentiveness has been a big issue with management in my prior apartments). Extremely happy with all interactions, curb appeal, cleanliness and attentiveness so far.”
