Won’t go their again the guy by the name Clint is very rude with people while I was their he was being rude with another customer second time dealing with him just not so helpful and very rude I was planning on getting 5 new phones ended up going somewhere else if you guys go to this store I would recommend other workers definitely not Clint very rude not Supportive ….

Don’t go here the lady told me that it was going to be half of what they are charging me they lie to me they put a lot of stuff for my hill to be more all the lines had international calls $10 more insurance without telling me on the phones and a lot more stuff that’s not fair . No vallan a esta tienda la muchacha me mintió el bill llego mas alto

Don't go here it's waste of time. They said my bill will only go up 100 bucks which was a lie. I added insurance to all my lines and when I called in today to file a claim through the insurance there was no insurance on any of my lines and we could not file a claim. They never added it to my account.

False advertising on pricing. Try to get a manager for the last 3 weeks and it’s never in store and never return the call back. It’s a retailed store not corporate. ( that’s the excuse)

I have not had the greatest experience with At&t until today. Daniel from the rivergate Location was very competent and served my needs perfectly. He broke down my bill so that I could understand it better and was super patient with me. Every ATT store needs a Daniel.

Awful customer service, they created a business account in error months ago and weve had to suffer the co sequences and cant even get to a district manager to correct the issues do no go to this store at all. On too of all this its suppose to be a military account.

Good customer service BUUUT dissatisfied that after ALL that time transferring my number from a previous carrier… I got home to realize my service wasn’t working (reception just said SOS… absolutely no reception and I couldn’t send text unless both were on WiFi) for my new iPhone 15 pro max and phone kept stating “eSIM failure” or “eSIM not supported” so had to physically go BACK to the store THE NEXT DAY and wait in line AGAIN just to get phone up and working with cell service and reception. MAKE SURE YOU CAN MAKE A CALL BEFORE LEAVING AND SAVE THE HASSLE OF HAVING TO RETURN BACK! ITS A REAL BURDEN! Otherwise: GREAT C. SERVICE! Was 5/5 ⭐️ last night leaving but deducted a —⭐️ because of inconvenience, which I think is fair enough! A lot of other people wouldn’t be so “generous” ? but I also give the benefit that we are human and make mistakes/errors! Things happen! Thanks for the new service AT&T!

Nobody I speak to ever answers my questions or meets my needs quite like Lennis. He is an exceptional young man and an outstanding employee. He helped answer all my questions in a timely manner and was quite the professional! I am so excited to purchase another phone with Lennis when the time comes. Hire more people like Lennis, he even gave my dog a bone what a nice guy. Lennis makes the experiences with AT&T worthwhile, what a guy.
