The people I dealt with at this AT&T store were worthless. I tried to exchange the brand new, never started iPhone I received for another model and they wouldn’t help me out. They said I had to go through the trouble of returning my phone to AT&T, whom I purchased my wireless phone from online. The first step in this process was to request a mailer from AT&T. After I received the mailer by email, I could then send the phone back to AT&T. Then, after they receive the returned phone, I will then be able to purchase the model that I want. All that bs when they could have accomplished both steps right at the store in less than 10 minutes. But no, they apparently don’t mind stirring up dissatisfaction with customers and have left a very bad taste in my mouth

This store is sorry asf! They messed my accounts all up set up a whole different account in my name , still haven’t shut down one of them I’ve been on call after call with atat no one can fix this I’ve been to this store twice got told the account was shut down then got billed for it and my account and went up there again to be told the same thing and getting billed again for the amount they told me not to worry about and I am still being charged wrongfully I would definitely not recommend this store or atat period now I gotta make another hour trip to a atat to try to fix there mistake again not only that been on hold 3 times for over a hour just to get through to someone this is ridiculous very disappointing

why are there 4 people in the store and only two “experts “ but the other two who I think one of them says they were a manager just sitting there signing people in and can’t help us . The two reps were taking a long time and all I needed was help activating my phone and then add some stuff to it. Managers should step up and actually assist people. Pathetic.

SCAM ARTISTS! I was told I was getting a certain trade in value for my old phone , witnessed by two other people with me in this conversation and when I traded in my old phone I never looked at the receipt because I trusted the trade in value I was told at purchase. Well I start wondering why my phone bill is higher than discussed and my fault for not looking at the receipt after I traded in my old phone but they gave me a trade in value of way less than what was discussed. I would not of traded in my old phone for the trade in value they gave because because I know I could’ve sold it on my own for a lot more. They are sneaky.. they’re good in that sense they know what to say and hot to say it to screw you over but I do not think it’s right at all.

Adriana is very pleasant and if she had questions the whole team including the manager were fantastic. She was open to my questions, helpful and friendly on a professional level. Awesome experience with my upgrades/new devices.

This was the easiest phone upgrade ever. The entire staff onsite was incredibly helpful and seemed happy to be there. This is the ONLY AT&T store I have and will use! Thank you Arianna and the entire staff for a great experience!

Carl Henry was so pleasant & helpful. I got a new phone because my old phone stopped working. He set everything up for me transferred everything to my new phone.

I had an excellent experience at this store, I want to thank the gentlemen that has been a huge help to me. David , Mike manager and Anthony the store manager. They were amazing as I was having an awful day and they all stepped up and was very professional, kind ,helpful. Thank you all very much . This is my ATT store.

ATTN PSL, if you want unparalleled service you need to visit this AT&T store (the ONLY corp store in the area).
The team is great and the overall experience was outstanding. We were helped by Julio with the account set up, porting numbers from our previous provider, and upgrading our phones. All in under 1 hour.
Renato and Mike were also involved in the process, both great and knowledgeable of the products, processes and ongoing promotions.

Got help from yovany at this store. He was patient and really helpful. Made transferring over my new work phone a breeze.
