So, my battery died at the Orlando airport parking at Wallypark. It was there for 11 days and had been weak before i stored it there.
I had to replace it. It was a Sunday, and they were open. I ended up getting the duramax gold. I was greeted as I came in and asked if I needed a hand. I went to the battery section and looked for a chart but didn't find it. The guy at the counter looked it up, pulled it for me, rang me up, and then installed it for me.
I have to say it was fast efficient and easy. The staff were helpful.
I'd recommend these guys if you're looking for a battery it took maybe 12 minutes start to finish.

Had a disappointing experience at this AutoZone with (Michael Gonzalez). He was rude and unhelpful, acting like assisting customers was a burden. Poor customer service and an overall bad attitude. Won’t be coming back if he’s working.

The inside of the store is great, good customer service, however, the parking area need some attention (cleanig) , stupid customers use products and don't place the containers in the trash.

4 employees. Two young men and two older men when I walk in. I ask to have my battery checked and an older man with black hair says he will get to me after he’s done with the customer. 5 customers walk in after I’m waiting 10 minutes he starts helping them before me. I say something to him and he’s like sorry and helps them first. Eduardo was his name. Terrible customer service skills.

After 5 years of service at this store I am no longer shopping at this location person answers the phone you can't understand them when I politely ask to speak to someone else I'm placed on hold indefinitely

There was one person checking people out and one guy walking around. It smelled nice and I’m sure the people wish they had more service techs too but I was there just picking up a part that was already paid for and still waited 15 minutes behind 2 people.
