Terrible customer service. The one tall guy always has an attitude like he doesn’t even wanna work there anymore. He should probably look for a different job. This place will definitely overcharge you. One USED rinky-dink tire is $80 bucks. Ridiculous. Nothing but scammers.

My spot! Fast service. Very professional and friendly. They even pointed out some dry rubber on one of the tires I just purchased and replaced it immediately. If that's not trustworthy, I don't know what is. Thank you guys!

I bought a tire for my passenger side a week ago which it came out to $60 for everything. Today I came to get my driver side I was told $68 *note for the same size tire. I didn’t have cash so they added 7% sales tax which made it to 72.74 when it was time to pay he manually put that price in. When it was time for me to tap my card the machine also taxed so it came out to 74.94 so pretty much I was taxed twice ! Not good business. I returned because I was treated fairly last time. I will not be returning in the future !

Bought a tire for my son from the shop and I was not even aware that my son has been a constant client of theirs for many years. Never had any issues until the wife of the owner Latoya tried to put the tire on and had difficulties with it. It took her 1.5 hours as it wouldn’t hold air but apparently she said all was good. Few weeks into it my son went on the road and almost flipped over because the tire came off the rim.and all the air along with it. I called the towing and had the car towed to them for replacement of defective tire. The worker apparently put the same tire on and said he should be good now. My son drove home, parked the car and few days later when he was heading to work same thing happened and he almost killed himself on the road when the tire came off the rim again. Called the shop to tell them what happened & the worker wasn’t able to help me so I asked to speak to the owner. He gave the phone to the wife Latoya and she has been absolutely rude & oblivious to my concerns. instead of trying to figure out what the problem is with the tire as she sold him the defective tire she became ignorant & rowdy with me and said its not her problem anymore and she can’t do anything about it. My son brought business to them for over 8 years and never had any issues with the husband. That's a second time in a month same tire same problem. Instead of keeping a customer satisfied and offer a resolution she chose to be obnoxious and said she doesn’t need customers like me after she made me mad with her demeanor. Please don’t go to her if you need any repair go to another shop if this is the way she chooses to treat the customers who are loyal to her husband’s business. She is incompetent and unprofessional and I will be filing a report with BBB as well and disputing the charges for defective service provided by her. I feel sorry for her husband to have a wife like this who destroys customer relations. Pure insanity!

Silly old me decided to call before looking at the reviews and asked how much it would be to install tires that I already have and they had the nerve to tell me $38 a piece this place should be ashamed of themselves. They should also change the person who's in the office because she's a very rude individual. She just hung up on me without saying you're welcome after I thanked her for her information. Terrible customer service.

Had to get a tire replaced as a last minute resort to get back on the road.
They damaged my TPS sensor come to find out down the road. That was $350, and they lost my center rim cap and would not assume responsibility for all of the above.
I don't recommend.

I stopped by this shop to get a simple tire plug, and they quoted me $30—which, in my opinion, is outrageous for such a minor repair. I understand inflation, but that price was completely unreasonable. When I declined the service, the employee put the tire back on my car and then informed me there was a $10 service fee—for what exactly?
This place seems more focused on squeezing every dollar out of customers rather than providing fair and honest service. Save yourself the frustration and go to Inlaws Used Tire Shop (1593 SE Village Green Dr Ste 7, Port St. Lucie, FL 34952), where they actually charge fair prices and treat customers with respect.
