To the last comment Mr. SHINN. If you look at your paper work bottom left corner it clearly states oil pan threads were coming out prior to service, you have front end damage, tpms light on, and you clearly stated to me when you came in you tried to do thenoil change but the pan was damaged. Thanks for your time. I rest my case

Oil Exchange people over-tightened my oil drain plug and stripped the thread to the point that it could not be rethreaded. I ended up having to replace the oil pan, which costed me several hundred bucks. Not only that, the other mechanic (an honest shop) told me that Oil Exchange place didn't even change the oil filter. They told me the job was well done with the dirty, old oil filter. I will not ever go Oil Exchange place on US 1 + Port St. Lucie Blvd.

Do not go to this place! Loose drain plug and they didn’t even change the plug gasket. Then 2 months later the oil filter loosens leak onto my otherwise blemish free driveway.
I’ve lived here 30 years done numerous oil changes on 3 trucks and 3 Harley’s and never leaked oil! Now I’m 70 and would rather not crawl under my Ram 1500. But I’ll never go back to that place.

I brought my car in, in much need and they did a fuel system and a oil change, air filter they even topped off my fluids and checked air pressure

THE BEST!! I don't trust easily, but I’ve been coming here for oil changes for a little while and every time I’m impressed by how available, quick, honest, and reasonably priced they are. Today I stopped in because I thought my headlight had gone out. They took the time to figure out it was just loose, no replacement needed, and the whole process took less than 5 minutes. Also another customer came up during that and the team split perfectly to assist both of us.
It’s rare to find a place that’s not only efficient but feels genuinely honest, so this is it if you’re looking for trustworthy, quick, affordable service. Highly recommend!

I recently took my car here for service. I needed an oil change for my vehicle. While I was there I was told I needed a new cabin air filter as it was clogged with a lot of debris. I ok’d the replacement on top of the oil change and flush they also recommended. After the service was complete and I hopped in my car, there was an insane vibration in my dash and steering wheel. They did not replace the filter properly or get any of the remaining debris out of the filter housing. I stopped the “manager” and explained the issue and he said “It’s your AC”. My AC was fine going in there and the improperly replaced air filter and lack of properly cleaning it out during replacement is what caused the issue. The “manager” was rude and didn’t wanna even hear me out. Been a customer there for a few years but this guy and his lack of customer service and willingness to listen is enough for me. Now I will be taking my vehicle elsewhere to have it properly fixed because this place couldn’t do something as remedial as changing a cabin air filter.

Their up sale is ridiculously over price! If you go there just get an oil change and say no to everything they are trying to up sell you. Like to top of engine coolant $18. Air filter $37, Lucas oil treatment $25. And is not like they use the whole container but they charge you like for a whole container. Pathetic
