My husband and I walked with our daughter to get her a new phone (free upgrade as per Boost), and a young man came from the back as I'd we were disrupting his day. His whole demeanor is cold and unwelcoming. He didn't even greet us, let alone assist us. I did read the reviews prior to walking in and should have listened! We will NEVER bring our business to this specific store again!! If I could leave no stars, I would!

I've moved my phone service from Straight Talk to Boost. I feel really good with my decision. The service is just excellent. The guys @dvwireless were the best. They helped me transferred all my DATA from my Android phone into my new iPhone 11. By the way, I got my new iPhone 11 for only $49.99.

I am so very pleased with the customer service I received today. 2 very amazing associates helped me with my phones today. Not only did they fix my service so my phones now work, but they added my contacts to my new phone. First time to this location and I was highly satisfied. I recommend this location over any other!
