Save yourself the headache and just go somewhere else. I reserved a vehicle thru the app, and prior to going up there I decided to try calling to make sure they had vehicles. Of course nobody ever answers the phone. When I show up and walk in, guy behind the counter immediately asks "Can I help you?". So I ask him how are you doing, to which he again replies, "Can I help you?" Fine, whatever. Customer service is a lost set these days anyways. He pulls up my reservation, then tells me all he has is this old looking minivan. Hmmm, no thanks. Had to go all the way to Vero Beach, way out of my way and over an hour total in the wrong direction. Thanks but no thanks and good job Avis/Budget!

The absolute worst freaking place to rent a vehicle from,very unreliable ,book you reservation n once you get there it's no vehicle..I wouldn't reccomend anyone to rent from BUDGET..Oh yea! Corporate Is the worstThe 1 was the only way to submit the horrible review

Tried to rent a truck to move into a new house my partner and I just bought. Paid the deposit online, and gave my fiance the credit card (which she has permission to use on my Discover) to pick up the afternoon of our weekend rental. As I was at work, she was picking up the truck to start moving on Friday afternoon. When my fiance got to Buget, the manager pulled up the confirmation number and stopped in his tracks. He refused to rent the moving truck to "our kind".This was at the beginning of this month. Went to Uhaul immediately after and got another rental.Thanks for returning the deposit, Budget. Guess 'our kind' has money that's not green enough for you.

The old man at the front looks miserable and is unpleasant. You walk in and ask how he's doing, his response will always be "What do you need?" He should try, "I'm good how can I help you?" and maybe take a vacation. Budget really has to do better with their customer service employees.

I would suggest never renting from this location or utilizing budget in general. I have moved multiple times and utilized several rental companies for a moving truck and this was the worst. On my journey halfway across the United States, I stopped to gas up and noticed the DEF gauge was still reading full. I investigated further and could not see any fluid in the DEF tank. Shortly after this I hopped back in the truck and as I started to drive away the Park Brake Not Set light appeared on the dash and emitted an extremely loud and obnoxious tone. I stopped and attempted to get the noise and light to go away to no avail. I called budget and the gentleman on the other end couldn't be bothered. He said maybe a wire was lose and proceeded to end the call. So I drove for the next 9 1/2 hours with this light and constant dinging. Stopping for fuel again, now the check engine light comes on. I cal roadside assistance and was transferred 3 times and left on hold. After waiting for 15 min, I decided to continue on my journey with them on hold. The call was eventually disconnected with no answer from the other side. After all of this experience and speaking with customer service 3 times, I was offered a $60 refund. For driving 9 1/2 hours with that sound on and your personnel not caring obviously you do not want my business.

The absolute WORST experience!! From not having the car I prepaid for to not being able to help solve the problem-this place and those inside are a complete waste of space. The man, Tom, who works at the counter should refrain from ever dealing with human interaction. He is disgusting and his demeanor with CUSTOMERS is as if they are a bother to him...newsflash...without us he has no job! Never Again!

Booked a truck online and prepaid, then they call 2 hours before vehicle pickup and tell me they have no trucks and that they can't cancel my reservation unless I call corporate, which I did after 30 minutes on hold. Maybe if you oversell your reservations you should not accept a prepayment and let people know a little more in advance so that you don't totally destroy their plans.

My original bad review of this location was deleted! So here goes again!I have been renting a vehicle at this location for a least once a year for 10 years. Never had an issue because we are very compliant and deal with the situation. We rented a SUV Feb. 8th and this time we prepaid our vehicle. We took our trip and returned the vehicle on the return date 45 minutes before it was due. It was due 12N and we returned 11:15a.m. I looked at my invoice and my prepaid refund was withheld and I was charged the full amount. When I questioned they said I returned the vehicle early and therefore was not entitled to a prepaid refund. I tried to reason with them and told them that was absurd that they would hold my refund because I was 45 minutes early in returning my vehicle. A long tiresome conversation ensued and the woman from the back came and joined in the nonsensical explanation as to why my refund was not due. She said it was a corporate rule and I should've read the terms and conditions of prepay. Call corporate with your complaint, she said. I did call corporate and they said my return was well within the parameters of the agreement and they would refund my prepaid amt. They also said it was not Corporate but the location that was in charge of holding my refund.Fast forward to today, 2/15/19....my refund has been credited to my card!Thank you Corporate and goodbye to this Budget location.

When I entered the facility there were 3 women at the desk. One was sitting in a chair looking through a binder with her feet up on the counter. The other two were looking at a computer. Nobody acknowledged me. Finally, the woman with the binder spoke. Without even looking up she said, "We will be with you in a minute." So I waited. After some time the woman called me over to the counter and I proceeded to tell her my name and reservation. The woman never even cracked a smile. She tried to pressure me into purchasing extra insurance after I repeatedly declined the offer. In a last ditch attempt to get me to purchase the insurance she showed me a framed letter from Geico stating they would not cover a cost of a previous customers dispute. The customers name was blackened out. That is completely unacceptable business practice. I'm sure Geico would feel the same way. I chose this rental car location because it was close to my mothers house but rest assured I will never use it again. I would rather travel further to have a pleasant experience. UPDATE: Although I said I would never use them again, I thought I would give them another chance. After all, my first review was from years ago. Well....this time they charged me 23 dollars for a 50 cent toll that I paid for in the cash lane! I called and explained this and they decided they would reimburse me 17 dollars for a 50 cent toll that I already had paid for.

Do not rent a truck from here. I returned the truck at the agreed upon time to the agreed upon location and the “manager†charged me a ten dollar late fee because they were closed on Easter Sunday, the day I dropped it off. How is it late because they're not open?
