“Rented a car here for a few days for a trip out of town.I reserved a Tesla Model 3, and in the days prior I got helpful emails from Hertz about operation and charging of the vehicle, and for those who have never driven a Tesla or all electric vehicle the information could be very helpful.The car was clean in and out, the pick up process was quick and easy, and the employees were very friendly. Once I got on the road I realized I forgot my personal Sunpass, I called this office and the employee added the toll program on for me with no hassle.I had a great experience here with no issues. My only complaint would be about Hertz’s policy on returning electric vehicles, the charge percentage needs to be at or above what you picked it up at or there is a a $30+ charge. So just make sure you get over that percentage a point or two before returning. Hopefully they update the verbiage in the future to be within a percent range.”
