Tony and Jon are on-time and fantastic at following up throughout the process and they can be trusted to work with your county in permit work is needed to get done properly. They installed my AC unit a few years ago had an issue with the fan out in the yard not coming call them, mechanic mechanic was very good pricing outrageous when I called to question could not give me a good explanation what the price was for,also charged me for picking up the part wjich a warranty item

Lynette was an absolute blessing. Not only did she help us get an appointment to fix our AC unit. Lynette also made sure my family was taken care of fast do to the hot humid weather here in Florida. She even made sure to keep in touch with the tech guy as he was working to help us get cool air in our home. I was at my breaking point with our home warranty company but Lynette made me feel so comfortable to work with. Our tech guy Micheal was a great guy also who even stayed late to make sure all was working. He was very friendly also. I would recommend this company to anyone and they are fair with prices and talk to you through what is wrong with unit. They are a company that knows what they are doing for sure. Lynette just lost her dog and was still so pleasant during her grief. Like I said this company is a 10 star from my family... Thank you Lynette and Michael!

Being disabled and having two small children living in my home I am always on guard of who is coming in and out of my home. Jon, Tony and the whole crew at CB Construction & Design Services, Inc. in Port St Lucie were an answer to my prayers. They were friendly, professional and got the job done. They didn't try to upsell more services or parts. They went above and beyond to make our home safe and beautiful. You would never know two rooms were flooded with over a foot of water. I would most definitely use their business again and refer them to people in search of help with their homes. Amazing job by a team of Awesome people.Services: Drywall repair

We had them remodel our bathroom due to a disability. They had to tear out a wall, raise the shower floor, move the toilet and tile the floor and paint. It’s such a professional job there is no evidence that a remodel has been done.They are very respectful and cleaned up after themselves.Their estimate was accurate and they performed on timeWe actually have called them back to do another job for us. I honestly couldn’t have been more pleased with their professionalism and fine workmanship.Tony, the Project Director, who I worked with throughout the entire job, was completely on top of everything! He was such a pleasure to work with every step of the way.I must say that all of his people on the job, as far as his carpenters, painters, carpet installers, etc. did an A-1 perfect job! Tony totally alleviated all my concerns and I couldn’t have been happier.I highly recommend this company for all your renovation and design needs. On a scale of 1 to 10, I easily rate them a 10!!!

Hands down the best AC company around. The office staff always goes above and beyond to meet our needs. We have purchased a unit from them and had gotten a awesome price. The install was done right away and we were up in running in no time. Their techs are so professional, on-time and beyond knowledgeable. They explain everything every step of the way. We have referred them out to many friends and family and always get rave reviews when we do.i highly recommend you give them a call!

We used CB Construction & Design for our kitchen,dining and living room remodel.This included gutting the kitchen, designing a new (fantastic) floor plan,all the electrical,cabinets,appliances,a custom island,flooring the entire condo,baseboards,high impact hurricane windows and doors and creating a sun room space out of an existing patio. Jonathan was easy to work with, very informative,professional and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. This was our most extensive renovation to date and they made the process so much easier. They always showed up on time and were great about keeping us informed. We were not in residence during the renovation but they consisently cleaned up after themselves and did not damage any walls or fixtures.The end result is beautiful and we get complements all the time. I recently had two of my bathrooms , front foyer, and other projects completed by CB Construction & Design. I am so pleased with the results! My Master Bathroom looks like a magazine cover! Jon did a great job estimating and helping me with the design. His crew was also very helpful, polite, and the quality of work is excellent. I would highly recommend CB Construction & Design.

Called to speak with this company because they came and did work on my GRANDMOTHERS home.
They previously bought the “assets” of Adams when they went out of business. Long story short she had bought a A.C. unit from Adams along with a 10 year warranty. I called this office to find out why they would not get the parts my grandmother needed warranted through the company she bought a warranty from! They tried to charge her $900 to fix something that is still under warranty . I was speaking to the lady (said she was the manager and there was nobody above her I could speak to) who began to be very rude because I Kept asking the same question that she WAS NOT ANSWERING!
All in all the lady in the office is rude as hell and is not looking to help anybody! They want your money and that’s all!

CB Construction receives 0 stars for their horrendous work practices during the time they were contracted to renovate my mother's condominium following a flood. It was a never-ending barrage of lies, postponements, use of shoddy materials, complete lack of oversight...A 2-3 week job took over 8 months and was still not completed by the time I finally stopped trying to have them fix their horrible work. While "fixing" things they wound up breaking, making those problems worse. Their workers either stole or threw out many of my mother's possessions, and kept her out of her home (a handicapped senior with dementia) for many, many, months. I would recommend that no one ever use this unprofessional, substandard contractor. The results are not pretty.
