This branch has been the worse customer service experience of my life. A clown at a flee market has better customer service than anyone working here. To start, the manager has an attitude and zero desire to comply with the rules. Everything has to be by appointment, but the lady that sits to the right upon entering the building is surfing the internet with her phone and playing with her nails. How can she claim to be so busy? Why are they claiming to be so busy if all they do is being at their desk with their phones? I mentioned it to the manager, and he didn’t care. He is the main clown in the circus, unprofessional, dirty suit, dirty shoes, stained business shirt. He is not presentable to be a manager. Body languages, skills, and communication are the ones from a HOOD person. He shouldn’t be a manager. Customer services is horrendous and I highly recommend to removing everyone from here as they don’t want to work. Hire people with good attitude, energy, people who want to do their job while helping customers. The reviews don’t lie, people in the community are unhappy with the branch for a reason.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Everything all around sucks with this bank . I'll be closing my account ASAP .Update: they also charged me interest on a 0 dollar balance. I paid my credit card off in full a month ago and the charged me interest. This bank is a scam. Go to PNC or Wells Fargo or literally any other bank then Chase. They are the worst bank I've ever dealt with

I have never felt discriminated against because of my poor English.The customer service person stopped assisting me because according to her she didn't want to get complicated with my language.

I wish I can put 0 star. I went to this branch to open a new account. An associate called me into his office. We sat for 15 discussing about the accounts available for me. Then, he walked me out of his office back to the waiting room so he can get an appointment. There I waited over one hour before anyone acknowledge and serve me. I have never seen anything like that; especially with chase.I ask another associate to see the branch manager. She looked at me like I was funny. Advice for anyone looking for a bank to open an account. Go put your money to a place that treat you with respect and dignity.

I have nothing but issues coming to this branch. Every time I come they say I need an appointment and when I make an appointment they can’t help me! It has been more than an hour to have someone notarized a document because they are in the front and it’s too “ busy” for them to help. I never have a good experience here. If you need to go a Chase branch do not come to this one! Go to US-1 or St Lucie West because they have are so unorganized and unprofessional here.

Worse branch. No Customer Service skills. Unskilled associates. Waited over an hour to receive other services. I overheard an associate stated, “we are under staff. He will need to wait for a long time.”

As you see from the reviews the customer service is a 0 stars especially if you’re white. I waited for over an hour to get a paper notarized. There many employees on but was only one person could notarize it when the line went down. Well the line was down and nobody being serviced but the one person that could help me did not. Two other people walked in of color and serviced right away one of them by the person who could help me. After making a call to chase compliant department someone other than the originally person who the manager stated was the only person that could notarize helped. So they also lied about who can notarize papers. This branch will definitely discriminate against you if you white. The managers at this location need to be reviewed for their customer service and chase needs to think about replacing them because discrimination is a serious matter.

I can't remember the Associate's name to help me out that closed my account but she was very kind and very polite and very helpful, I'm always happy to do business with Chase Bank but I don't like their new policy of not allowing veterans to have a free safe deposit box which has been retracted and now veterans have to pay for this service, safe deposit boxes are a good deterrent because people usually don't break into Banks to steal contents of safe deposit boxes so generally it's a very safe option even though they're not guaranteed to be burglary proof or waterproof or Fireproof but generally they are and why is this a detailed explanation because of the situation LOL y'all have a good day now

Literally in line right at this moment with a full drive thru we've been standing still for 15 minutes there are three people in the drive thru window just looking straight ahead idk if they've been body snatched by aliens or if they're decoys to make it seem like the branch is fully staffed either way I'm positive no one works here.

If 0 stars was an option I'd choose it. I arrived at exactly 9 am for my appointment booked more than a week ago. The rep was already with someone who did not have an appointment. They gave us less than 30 seconds to get there before taking a walk in instead. 30 seconds of being open before they lost their first customer. I never leave bad reviews but wow what a terrible staff this place has. Needless to say, I'll be using another bank.

The absolute worst customer service. I had an appointment because it was required. 30 minutes later, I am still not assisted. I was then told to go in line instead because they could assist me with what I needed. I waited an additional 5-7 minutes. I get to the counter and make a request for a letter. As I ask questions, Carmen Valle is just nodding her head up and down as if she could not use her words to answer. When she bring out the letter, she hands it to me without uttering any other words. I asked questions and she was so dismissive. Just disgusting. Why work where you have to interact with people if you can’t provide a positive experience. Gross.
