I voiced my concerns with the regional manager and the problem was solved outstanding customer service and respectful staff even under pressure they got the job done made me happy no matter what and that's what's most important

The first time I dropped off my car, I should have followed my instincts. I overheard multiple conversations, both in person and on the phone, about why my car was taking so long and why there were dents and paint issues that shouldn’t have been there. However, my husband suggested giving them a chance, especially since Geico recommended them. We didn’t think it would be the most horrible place I’ve ever taken my car, but it turned out to be the biggest mistake!
I dropped off my car, and almost two months later, I got it back looking like a child had worked on it. The interior had a layer of sawdust all over, in places I still can’t clean. There was a nail in my tire, one of the handles was scratched, and they missed paint in multiple areas. There were places where they had painted with overspray in areas that weren’t even damaged. They claimed the damage was already there. They even painted my car the wrong color. They had to replace my backlight and installed it wrong. No one knew how to install it properly. Their excuse was that the lights were aftermarket, and when they were installing them, they broke them. They blamed the lights, saying they were corroded and needed to be ordered again.
Three weeks later, there was still no phone call. So my husband and I went to the shop to see what was taking so long. When we arrived, the manager was on the phone with another customer on speakerphone, so everything could be heard. The manager did not care if we were listening to the conversation. After 30 minutes, he finished with the customer complaint and was still talking on the phone, not about the car. I finally said to the manager, Tony, “Hello, we’ve been waiting." and still another 10 minutes he finally got off the phone. very unprofessional! Please don't take your car to this place YOU WILL RERET!!!

Picked up my car today. Looks as good as it did new. They even detailed it inside and out. Repairs were for front and back. Took 1 week and no hassle. Would definitely recommend them and use again if needed.

BEWARE!! Do not let geico send your car here do not do buisness with these people..my truck was being fixed here because geico sent me there and claimed they were good...this is a horrible shop that only wants to rip off your insurance company..when my truck was returned to me i went to pick it up it had dents, scratches, bumber was still bent, hood was still bent,truck was returned dirty from outside and inside mats full of dirt. I had battery covers on my passenger seat. I was very unhappy so I left it..... A month later I call to see if it's ready and they said yes... the truck was never moved from wh
en I went the first time to pick it up.. (not to mention they had my truck for about 3 months.when they said it would take only 2 weeks).so I decided that I would take my truck home even though it wasnt fixed properly..also as I was getting in my truck to leave my front tire had 10PSI!! and they returned to me with 10psi.when I asked to get it filled with air it seemed like I asked for mission impossible they didnt want to do it.....PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLES SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! He claims he wants to work with you but he's full of it I left my truck there to continue to get worked on and literally just collected dust..yea your shop is garbage

I took my car here after being sideswiped. I was very pleased by their work Tony did an amazing job. Very professional and I was treated very well. Very satisfied with the results I would recommend to everyone.

Horrible they had my car for over 20 days and my car come back with gaps and spaces in between the back bumper and the fender please don't go if you know what's best stay away from this body shop

Stay far far far away from this place, they will quote you for a bunch of stuff and not even use half of the parts and just pocket the money. Scam artist all the way. And they do a sketchy job and do poor welds and use duck tape. Very disappointed.

Not impressed at all. After being rear ended I needed to have my car repaired. They were the 3rd option but first two would not work with Geico. 7 weeks to replace a rear bumper, tail light and exhaust. They caused more damage to the exhaust and would not take ownership of the damage (made Geico pay for it), treated me and my wife like we were idiots and tried to hold my car while they waited for Geico to pay the supplement for the damage they caused. Tom didn’t even know where my car was when I went to get it. Oh and car was filthy when I picked it up. Stay away from them, pay the extra money to have it done elsewhere. Car still has issues but will not go back.
