Not impressed at all. After being rear ended I needed to have my car repaired. They were the 3rd option but first two would not work with Geico. 7 weeks to replace a rear bumper, tail light and exhaust. They caused more damage to the exhaust and would not take ownership of the damage (made Geico pay for it), treated me and my wife like we were idiots and tried to hold my car while they waited for Geico to pay the supplement for the damage they caused. Tom didn’t even know where my car was when I went to get it. Oh and car was filthy when I picked it up. Stay away from them, pay the extra money to have it done elsewhere. Car still has issues but will not go back.

Was unimpressed by the number of vehicles all around the entire outside of the building, street, and not even being able to access the driveway for an estimate. Estimators desk was stacked HIGH with files, and the window from his office to the shop was completely blocked by post-it notes. They may do amazing work ???? But the place gave me the impression it was unorganized. Their estimate was competitive, but I went with a cleaner and more organized competitor.

Stay as far away as you possibly can from this place. They will literally hold your car hostage. Every time you call to check on the status of your car, they will keep telling you next week it will be ready. They're very unprofessional, Greg does not return phone calls. They give you the run around and non-stop excuses. They go as far as updating the status that you have picked up your vehicle from their shop but weeks later it's still not ready for pick-up. If you don't want to raise your blood pressure, don't deal with them. Find another shop that keeps their word and not keep lying to you.

I had a rock hit my brand new car and do damage to the paint. I brought my car to Classic Collision after Lexus and a friend referred me. My car was done faster than originally quoted and the staff was super friendly, helpful, and honest. It looks like nothing ever happened to my car and I’m completely satisfied with the work done. THANK YOU SO MUCH! I am an extremely satisfied customer and will be referring others if they need an excellent shop!!!

My vehicle has been at the shop for 2 1/2 months. The manager Tony continues to tell us that the vehicle will be ready tomorrow. When tomorrow comes, he says it’ll be ready tomorrow. Then he tells me that it will probably be ready tomorrow. Then he said it’s definitely probably. I believe this business has poor practices, they do not value customers. I filed a report with the Better Business Bureau, I hope I get some resolution through the Better Business Bureau.Service: Body & Trim

I want to begin this review by saying this is the 3rd time over approximately 15 years that Classic Collision has repaired my cars and the quality is 5 star. However, their customer service leaves much to be desired. Which is the reason for 2 stars. I was told on 3 separate occasions by both Shannon and Jenna/Jana (not certain of her name) I would receive a call back and never received calls. I had an appointment to drop my car off at 1630 on 6/23. They were clearly annoyed that someone booked a 1630 appointment. My car had multiple chips to the pain on the hood and some on the passenger’s side. I honestly didn’t notice the dents from the hail, my reason for filing the claim was the chipped paint. I will say, there are no dents in the car. It looks great.When I got my car home I saw the paint chips. The hood looked the same as when I dropped it off. I called the shop Monday and brought the car back Tuesday. While I was waiting, Shannon informed me they have Saturday pick-up hours “didn’t anyone tell you that?” She was the one I was working with to pick-up my car Friday!! Why did I need to rush back up here during rush hour in the rain on a Friday??!! Clearly Jenna and Shannon need help. This is a very busy shop and they can’t keep up.Tony looked at my car and his body language and tone of voice was hostile. His actions sent a clear message he did not want to deal with me. As soon as he looked at the car, he said the chipped paint was from rocks not hail. Hail doesn’t chip paint. As he was walking along the driver’s side of the car he was pointing out spots that were not chipped paint. Didn’t want to listen to anything I was trying to say so I got defensive and basically asked what did my insurance company pay $3000 for? He sternly explained what was done. The initial implication was the chipped paint happened after I picked-up the car. I showed him a picture in my phone dated April 22, 2023 indicating the chips were there when I dropped off the car. One he saw that, his eyes widened and his demeanor changed, softened and asked if I could come back Wednesday. Tommy will be back from vacation and he will take pictures of the paint and submit it to my insurance company. He said “Tommy will go to bat for you.” The revised estimate from Tommy stated “customer states what looked like obvious stone chips is hail/storm related.” Both Tony and Tommy have implied I’m a liar. I realize they are experts in the field, however, hail can chip paint (I have family up north who own body shops....). Whether or not the insurance company pays for the chipped paint is not the issue. My review is because of the poor customer service: the unreturned phone calls, hostility, and implications that I’m a liar. Also, there is a 3% upcharge to use AmEx which wasn’t disclosed until after the transaction was processed. This is not unique to CC however, it should have been disclosed.

This is the worst place to take your car if you are time restricted. Like a good neighbor recommended this place and my car has been there for over two months. Initially they told me that my car would be ready in three weeks when I called to check up on my car they told me it would be ready in another two weeks. Two weeks later I called them and they say they don’t have an estimate time for my vehicle. They never once reach out to me as a courtesy to explain where in the repair they are. No one from that place has never called me and when I call they always tell me that “Tom” is not available to give me an update. I went to the location on several occasions and the place is over booked with cars. I am certain that they have staffing issues as well. The lady that answered the phone is unapologetic and actually comes across as uncaring for any inconvenience that they are causing. They should refuse vehicles when they know they won’t be able to complete it in time. They also need to stop giving giving wrong ETA.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

I’ve brought my vehicles here a few times over the years for collision repair and they’ve always done a great job. Today, I called them and explained I’d beaten up my door and it wouldn’t shut all the way. They had me bring it in, and even though they have cars lined around the block, waiting for repairs; they took a look at the door right away and had it adjusted in less than 10 min. You don’t get customer service like that very often these days. If you’re needing collision work done on your vehicle, this is the place to get it done. Thanks to the gentlemen that helped me.

Super bad experience since the beginning! Took mi car to get fixed from the front because it got crashed. They took about 2 weeks just to get an estimate which happened some time around December! I was told I was gonna get it back January 27. I called and they told me they delivered the wrong part so I had to wait. When I did get mi car back which was like 2-3 days later the headlight didn't work! the fact that they didn't bother to check if it was good before even giving it back to me frusted me a lot. I took mi car they told me to go back next day, which I did and they couldn't fix mi head light so they told me to leave again because apparently It was maybe the wiring. Today February 1 i call to ask again and i Was told the specialist that was supposed to go fix the wiring issue is not answering the phone or Showing up! i feel very bothered at this.. never even Got updated thru out the process or got a call back when they said they would. If you call be ready to be on hold for at least 10 to 15 minutes. Side note they looked they were enjoying their pizza while I was impatiently waiting for mi car there. In conclusion it was not the best experience ive had. Will add more once I get mi car back if it even happens soon.

The worst experience ever , it’s been since Nov 22,2022 , was told it would take till mid December, then Dec 28, in the meantime GEICO stopped paying for the rental . I’m a senior on a fixed income been with GEICO 20+yrs, 1st claim. Had to rent x2 weeks more money I can’t afford. Here it’s January 30 not ready yet. Although I was told it would be ready by 31st , now I’m told it’s just now going into paint ????

BEWARE SHADY COMPANY !!!! left a review for this horrible company and since then the situation got worse. They lied and said they wanted to come to some resolution under my original review. I NEVER heard from them I had to call them. Well, I spoke to Tony # 2 and he said there was nothing he was going to do to fix the headlight THEY broke and he also told me they were all well aware that they gave me my vehicle back with a broken headlight. I told him I wanted to speak to his manager he happened not to be in. Well, I will not be giving up on this I plan to continue this process until I get reimbursement for the headlight they broke. I am now going to contact the Better Business Bureau so that everyone in the county is well aware of this horrible shady company Shame on Classic collision!!!!
