Sign and Google said open until 8. I got there at 6:10. The lights were on the open sign , and I waited thinking maybe they stepped out for dinner. Nope!

I went in for the $40 plan. They tried to get me to take the $60 plan and a new phone claiming my phone would not transfer carrier. Just be aware.

The young man Kayden was extremely polite, helpful and listened exactly to what we needed and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. My mother uses this service and has for 15yrs. I do not have the same experience at Sprint/T-mobile. The same phone my mother bought today, but I paid 4x that amount! Once my contract ends, I will definitely be changing to Cricket!

Love the workers at the store on PSL BLVD and AIROSA. The store on Gatlin has rude and nasty people working there and scam you out of money!

The store is totally awesome customer service is a 10. Especially the sales respective Barbra is the most helpful and friendly person ever and she looks out and make sure you leaving with the phone you want and with accessories and all ?.

Was disappointed i couldn't get a cell plan plans my mom's new tablet. And who cares about 5g from these people? They cap the speed at 3.5mb anyway.Edit after their response:How can you earn 5 stars when the 5g you offer Is capped at 3.5mb per sec. The whole point of 5g is gigabit speeds? I'm not paying att or Verizon rates. But don't offer it in a token manner.

Very bad experience with cricket. If I could give a zero I would. They scratched up my new phone and wouldn't replace it after I saw it was damaged. Then when I tried to call customer service in the store, the associate made my phone drop the call by disrupting my cell signal. Three times!! Yeah they can do that. They were snickering about it and thought I didn't see it/ or didn't care. Then when I tried to call from home to get assistance I was left on hold for over an hour for a manager. I switched from Metro and I will be going back asap. 95 days and counting! Fr if you're thinking of switching I would not recommend cricket wireless.
