I want to take this moment to thank the Manager Jeremy and his team for such great customer. I came today to this Cricket store to Jeremy because I wanted to switch over from Metro and bring my 3 lines and he went over all the deals and pricing and made sure to give us what we were looking for so we came out with two very good Samsungs and I upgraded myself to a Moto Razr which is amazing. I appreciate the time and patience to make sure everything was setup on all devices before I left the store and he treated us very well. I recommend anyone to come here to this amazing team. Honestly this gentleman here deserves a raise!

I am very grateful for the assistance of the Manager Jeremy Lopez, as I was trying to switch over from Xfinity and bring my number and device and he helped me with the entire process with customer and made sure everything was setup and gave me a good deal to pay less than what I was paying with Xfinity but get more benfits like hotspot and HBO max which I'm happy about so I appreciate his time and patience and look forward to staying here with Cricket. I am very happy with the service that was given to me today by the Manager Jeremy. I came in to upgrade my phone and I had already talked to him about it and I came in today to upgrade and he gave me a very good deal and helped me to transfer everything from my other phone to the new one so I appreciate him taking his time to make sure I was good to go before I left the store. Want to take this moment and appreciate this Cricket store in Port St Lucie and the Manager Jeremy for all his help. I already have a line on an account but needed to add a line for my nephew and Jeremy helped me get him a new phone with a new number and he got everything he needed for a good deal. He also made sure the phone was completely setup with everything before I left. So I thank him for everything and will definitely continue coming back.
