I seldom ever go into the CVS cause I use drive thru… I went into the store today and every employees very helpful and I saved 12 bucs listening to them, great atmosphere!!

Katelyn went above and beyond with her customer service and helped me print photos off for my grandmother! Promote her ASAP! Great customer service is not easy to come by.

I fully intend to file a complaint against one of the pharmacy techs at this location. My 4 year old son was hospitalized after having multiple seizures in a 24hr period. He was seen by a neurologist and discharged with preventive and rescue medications. The cvs location at tradition was closed by the time we got there so went to this location at Tulip and Psl Blvd. We arrived within 1 and a half hour of closing, gave information requested, the female tech with the multi colored hair told me as we expected that they don't have the script, we explained to her the circumstances so she could pull transfer over to their location, she flat out LIED and said they are unable to make the change. We called the doctor they sent the script I went inside and same tech again lied to my face and refused to do her job. My 8 months pregnant wife went inside and basically read them the riot act and this time another tech assisted my wife by transferring the medications and the pharmacist filled the order. I will not stop until CVS addresses this matter with their employee, even if it means going PUBLIC!

This place is on it's last leg's. I wanted to buy a thing, and they were not busy, it took 30 minutes. Most people that come here are trying to scam the self checkout lane. So the self checkout lane is always malfunctioning because people are trying to steal stuff. And the checkout woman is non stop going over to the self checkout lane to "correct" people that are "skip scanning" and are playing dumb. This place is completely trash. Don't Even come here for a Candy bar, you Will be sucked into this "welfare/thief" zone.

Plenty of parking. Store is always clean and organized. I like that I can check myself out. They have good deals periodically. Customer service is excellent.

The cashier was a kind, friendly & knowledgable guy - great brand ambassador for CVS. He was very efficient as well which helped make it a productive & enjoyable visit.

The complete and total incompetence, lack of urgency and callousness about vital medication is completely disgusting. Everyone working here should be fired. They never have any information and they never do their job.so unhelpful

I’m writing this review to give super positive feedback about Phil, an associate who was working on 10/17 in the evening. Phil went above and beyond to make sure I got the medicine I needed, and I want to give him a really big shoutout. Phil, you rock. CVS is really lucky to have you. Your kindness, compassion, and professionalism made such an amazing impact on my day. Thank you so so so very much.

Absolute trash. The pharmacy location never answers the phone, you have to leave a message and they don’t call back multiple times. CVS as a whole has terrible customer service - over the course of years they have dropped the ball too many times to count and I leave, but then some sort of convenience puts me back in their care like good rx prices, or location proximity- and it doesn’t take them long to remind me why they are the worst in the game.
