I had walked in with another customer at the same time to the pharmacy and there was 2 people at the counter it was one guy and a women the women took the girls In front of me and the guy just said stood there then started looking around like he lost something padding he’s pockets and then started putting the gate down and after what to say he’s going on lunch to come back in a hour when you could’ve told me that in the first place instead of waiting for time to go by so you can then put the gate down and not deal with one more customer but took the customers that I also walked In and with no problem as a manager myself this is why it’s hard to find good people with customers service. You can see in he’s face he don’t want to be there

Worst CVS pharmacy losing my prescription when I hand delivery them!! I decided to Start going to EAGLE Pharmacy Delivery Lakeland FL!! So I never have to deal with stupid and useless people at the pharmacy!! Will be calling corporate again!! Your pharmacy employees need to be investigate where the prescription are going!!

It's annoying because staff watches you as if you are going to steal something. It's disconcerting and annoying. I only shop here for the convenience, not the poor customer service.

I just had the most upsetting interaction with your store manager. I placed an online order this morning to be delivered to my home. I received an email saying my order was canceled. I called the store to see what happened I was told the driver didn't want to wait in line to get my order to deliver it so it was canceled. I told the girl I would pick the order up. I went in to pick up the order and my 10.00 credit from my CVS Plus card was not taken off the order when the cashier re-rang my order. She called the manager over and after everything i went through for this order refused to give me 10.00 off my total. Needless to say I did not purchase the items from your store. I will buy them elsewhere! This is horrible customer service 😒

So tired of the cvs on Lyngate, pharmacy employees rude and drive thru always has issues. Went to pick up prescriptions at the dive thru and waited 15 min to get to window and they put out the lunch sign. Several cars behind me also. Need to take care of those who waited but turned away only at their convenience. Need a better system for their customers. Take care of those who waited so long !!!

This CVShas received persriptions fro anither Cvs nearby because they are closing.Perscrtiptons from our fam. We're sent to other Cvs a week ago.today I spoke with mds office and the new cvs sent an email a day ago.today7/15 I ask Mds office because person is down to 1 tablet on each perscription.Everyone is doing thier best to take care of ths.
